Convenient stay at a good price, close to shops and bus to Oxford City centre. The shower could use a good scrub cleaning with bleach cleanser, otherwise happy with the cleanliness.

Convenient for discovering Oxford
Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Location is very good. The area is quiet with small cafés serving breakfast and buses going to city Center frequently. The room was small with no extra stuff. Nice bathroom.

Would stay again
Some distance to walk from city centre. About 25 minutes. But if you don't feel up to it, there are plenty of buses, it seems. Shops close to hotel and a pub.

This was not what I expected. The rooms are so tiny , you can barely move around the bed , wish I’d booked the premier inn for £20 more as a lot more comfortable and spacious plus you get a breakfast! Didn’t realise you had to pay an extra £15 to park your car aswell! Room was clean enough and staff were nice enough but so tiny !

A bit pricey for a small room BUT it was IMMACULATE with a great bed and a perfect shower! My work took me very nearby in Summertown and the bus transport to the train station is very convenient. There are cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel, and a very useful Sainsbury's across the road. Could NOT have fit the bill better.

A brand new hotel but rooms are so small the beds only just fit. There is no room for storing even a small suitcase except under the bed, not even space to store a book by the bed. No tea/coffee/kettle in the room, no cups for water. TV set very high on the wall to allow walking underneath its that small. Also as you cannot open the window the small room is very claustrophobic. Very poor value for money on a weekend.

I don’t want to offend anyone, but this is a super budget room, except for two beds and a toilet and a shower and there was nothing else. So cramped, stuffy, capsule. The staff is great.

安宿なので設備などに期待はしていなかったが、部屋は清潔でスーツケースも広げられて良かった。 ただし、スタッフの対応に疑問が残る。 チェックアウト後(出たその日)に部屋に忘れ物をしたいたことに気づき、すぐにメールを送ったが、返事が来たのが2日後だった。 次に、返信内容が海外からの旅行客に対して「電話をして!」という内容だった。(海外で電話できる携帯持ってなかったらどうしたらいいのか…) また、確実に部屋に忘れたのに、「ない!」と言われた。 服だったので目立つと思うがないとのこと。 チェックアウト後に忘れ物がないかなど確認してないと思われる。 もしくは、めんどうくさくて嘘つかれたのか?と疑ってしまう。 捨てられたのか、ベッドに忘れたと思われるのでシーツと一緒にクリーニングへ出されたのか? 忘れ物は私のミスであり責任である。 しかし、多くの他のホテルが、清掃時に忘れ物を確認を行っているので、トラブル防止のためにも忘れ物のチェックくらいはきちんとするべきだと思った。 こちらに泊まる際は、部屋を出る時にきちんと忘れ物がないか確認してから出たほうが良いと思う。 スタッフの対応が遅いなどを除けば、 レセプションのスタッフの愛想よ部屋は悪くないので値段の割に良いと思う。 Room is clean. Reception staff is good. But.. They don’t check left item in room. They always take forever to email reply. I noticed that I forgot my item in hotel’s room after checkout. So I send email about that, but I received their email reply two days after. My lost item not small, they should be able to find easy but they shouldn’t. I think that they don’t check lost items in room after checkout. They throw my item. Lost items was my fault but many other hotels always check lost item after checkout, so I believed they would do without doubt.

I have stayed here before and generally like this hotel. It is simple and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. I don’t much like the draconian early check out, as we got locked out of our room as we were loading up the car. Also people were leaving the rubbish in the corridor as daily room service seems to be an optional extra. Perhaps time to rethink the add-ons policies and focus on good service all round?

Close to a bus stop from the city centre. Two super markets right across the road. No kettle in the room but hot water is available from a machine in the lobby for free (other drinks 2 pounds).

Clean, tidy but small rooms
Lovely and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are VERY small, so fine for a base, but if you’re planning on spending down time in your room, this may not be the best choice for you. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room, but there was a coffee machine in reception for you to use at a cost.

Worth the Money!
Eco-friendly minimalist hotel. We had a tiny twin room that had very little room to manoeuvre around the beds, but it was very clean and the staff were quite friendly. And the area had a lot of amenities. Definitely worth what we paid for it! Would stay there again.

Don’t bother to book a room with windows, since they don’t open. They gave us a room with a broken AC. After told the front desk, they didn’t repaired or offered another room for 2 days, the third day we wanted to leave and we were told no manager on duty and they couldn’t guarantee our money back for the third night. After a lot of sweet in a very small room ( literally no space for luggages at all, since the room is small 10x10 ), they moved us to a smaller room. Not worth the money
