«Beautifully situated along the canal. Short drive to Blenheim palace, Oxford or Bicester village for shopping. The cottage is clean and cosy. We had dinner at the jolly boatman on Saturday evening. We were very lucky with the weather.»

«The row house is well located within steps of paths that take you to downtown or along the river and canal into the countryside. The trains running a few meters from the backyard make the back bedroom unsuitable for sleeping, but you do get accustomed to the noise. The house has nice bright and large rooms but is in need of a deep clean, including rugs, upholstery and woodwork. The kitchen lacks basics. We had to buy a frying pan and spatula. Furniture and appliances are broken, however when I ...

«Stained carpets and no cleaning except from making the bed. You need a code to open the key box outside the main door (telephone numbers to owner are given where the key boxes are). It is no reception at the place. Otherwise, all you need for week or so.»

«The listing advertised a hot tub, sadly there wasn’t one, which was most disappointing. One of the bedroom doors could not be closed due to the bed frame, the double bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the grass needs cutting. This could be a fantastic apartment if these issues were addressed. Sadly we cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. The communication with the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent.»
