Beautiful location. Nicely designed, modern room in a historic stone building. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bath with quality fixtures. Easy 10-minute drive to Orvieto.

This was such a lovely property with unique yet well-equipped rooms, a delightful host, and amazing views. I’m so glad we were able to stay here. There’s only one restaurant within walking distance which was fully booked, but we were able to get a cab and have a delicious dinner in the beautiful old downtown area. Definitely recommend!

Lovely place in the country
Lovely stay, gracious hosts. Quiet country location is ~10 minutes from Orvieto. Only negative: WiFi was frequently inaccessible, but that certainly wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

We have a lot of choice of different type of acomodations here with different views , next time is better you ask before to book directly to us . There is a lot of beautiful options in Tuscany and this location has nothing to offer. The view is nice but nothing special compared to the general areas. Very difficult to reach and no amenities/shops around. We arrived late and was rushing to head to the last dinner option at a nearby resort. We felt pressured by the owner to upgrade to a “suite” despite saying no multiple times for the cost of 30% more. At the end we gave in, however the so-called suite is a small standard size room, bare, with a small leather sofa which we couldnt use for sleeping anyway (the main reason for the pressure was 1 adult and 2 children), the shower door is broken. We wanted to change back to original booking (sleep 3) but it was so late and we wouldnt make it to dinner. Breakfast offer was poor, with stale bread and the worst meat and cheese in our entire italy trip (given the location we would expect that some local farm food would make sense rather than cheap supermarket selection) We were there for only 12 hours.

Dear Mrs Thuy … many thanks for spend your time for the review...first of all: … Misia is in Umbria … not in Tuscany ...you are a little bit confused about Italy and geography...probably this place was difficult to reach also for this reason for you … You have done a reservation for a standard double room for 2 person but at the check in you was in 3 person ...a little bit more confused again about maths...the shower door was not broken believe at me … and the breakfast was not so poor .. believe at me again ...we hope to have as guest in an other occasion to see here and Misia and to discover Umbria for more than 12 hours … warm regards and a big hug from Giorgio

NIce for the price
This resort was pretty far from the city of Orvieto. The hostess was really quite sweet, but we were not thrilled with the order of this place and the common area was not awesome. It was okay.

Beautiful view from architecturally unique hotel built on cliff. Spacious, quiet room decorated modern Italian. Bit far from Orvieto and any amenities. Need taxi (expensive and possibly overcharged). Special honeymoon pajama pants went missing after room was cleaned. Disappointed with that, otherwise it’s a great place to stay!

Hotel realmente encantador
El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una montaña y todo el entorno natural así como las vistas son maravillosas. El hotel está decorado con excelente gusto y lleno de detalles que armonizan con el lindo paisaje. La habitación preciosa, espaciosa y súper cómoda. Cuenta con parking para estacionar justo al lado del hotel. El hotel no está a walking distance de las atracciones turísticas de Orvieto. El único punto a mejorar sería el desayuno.

The view was spectacular. Getting there is a bit of a challenge. The room was lovely. The steps to the room was steep and narrow and difficult with suitcases. The staff was personable and helpful. The place was nicely appointed and our room was spacious (triple).
