Excellent service from staff, smooth check in and check out. Plenty of amenities. Very accommodating with our bags and pool use as we had a late flight. Bus to Disney plentiful and easy to book. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible property, outdated, have early access to Disney world but only one bus that comes early defeats the whole purpose of it. You ask the staff the same questions get 3 different responses

I’ve stayed at the Wyndham Lake Buenavista twice now. It’s always clean and the staff is perfectly friendly. Location is perfect too!

Over all this resort is very nice and convenient. Inexpensive and convenient to get around. Lately they seem to have some maintenance issues like room doors not deadbolting computer issues throughout the hotel. Room service was apparently partial service as they took my dirty towels but failed to replace. Also never left any more shampoo/conditioner ect.

Manager was one of the most rude and inconsiderate smart a$$e$ I’ve ever met. Don’t ever book here let alone through Expedia. Both Expedia and Wyndham charged me for the stay so now I’m in a dispute. Horrible experience to say the least

I would say its between a hotel and a motel. You can see its dated but that they refreshed rooms.. Exterieur rooms are older and because they are exterieur I feel moisture has set in the dresser drawers so would put clothes in because of smell of drawers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Less than 5 min walking distance to disney Spring. For the price and convenience of proximity to Disney Spring its good. Thank you Jennifer Rodriguez as well as the two ladies at the front desk. Bellman Olandi and maintenance Luis was very nice to chat with. Overall 7/10

This is our third time staying here as it is our go to. There were some slight issues this time around with miscommunication with the front desk staff and some items in the room not working (fridge for example which was fixed and the safe - which was not) but overall enjoy this hotel and its proximity to Disney springs.

Immediately after checking in we were handed a czrd and durected on how/where to pick up our "welcome gift". This was actually a presentation on time shares with an aggressive sales lady whos objective was to book us with a time share and required multiple firm NO's before releasing us from the conversation. The bathtub faucet leaked ALOT the entire stay. It never actually shut off.

Didn't appreciate being scammed. After checking in I was told to get my welcome pkg. Went to the desk next to front desk where lady asked for my driver's license, keyed information off of my license which took forever and then said at 9 am, 11 am, and 1 pm there's a place for us to go and have snacks and see a timeshare presentation. I want my info out of your system. That was called bait and switch and is against the law

The property was ok. Needs some major updating. The paint was coming off the walls and bathroom door. The decor was outdated. Floors seemed very dirty. Pool area was fine. Lots of towels and chairs available. Check in and out was easy.

I loved that your a hop a skip and a jump from Disney Springs an 5 minute walk and the hotel buffet is amazing. Staff are amazing. Hotel is very clean and friendly.
