The room was very basic. Clean and well-kept, but basic. The bath was nicely renovated. There was no comfortable place to sit aside from the bed. No chair with a decent back on it.

Easy check in! Even received an upgraded room during check in. Staff answered all questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Kids enjoyed the pool! No complaints

The property is well situated for easy access to Universal via the quick and frequent shuttles. We found that we had to drive to the pharmacy across International Boulevard as the fencing around the property doesn't allow easy access to the pedestrian crossings at the corner. There is a gate that can be used to enter the property with your room key, but you cannot leave through it. Likely a choice made for security reasons. As early risers we found that it took a long time to get hot water to our top-floor room - sometimes as long as 5 minutes - which meant you had to plan ahead. Property was economical and clean, and looks to be well looked after. I would have no problem choosing it again, but I'd like to try a hotel inside the park boundary instead.

We like the hotel, its our second stay. But our room didnt get cleaned one day, thats a minus. Also you cant find the times for breakfast, lunch, pool hours easy in the hotel or website. Also the remote in the room was very nasty. And a part of the lamp in the room fell on my head. They did apologize many times and offer us another room, that was nice. Thats why 5 stars for the service. Nice staff, very friendly. The area/neighborhood is bad though, there are a lot of homeless people and the neighborhood is very outdated.

From the arrival to the departure everything went smoothly and great. The hotel room was super clean and was clean throughout the stay definitely felt we where taken care of. The best part was the resot had food available to purchase on site and a plus ,starbucks for the coffee lovers.

I only stayed for two days. But the staff was wonderful they even texted which was very new to me and very helpful and considerate. Because I did not feel like talking. I really enjoyed my stay. But I belive next time I will take a room with a table and microwave. I did not like eating without one. It felt uncomfortable for me. Transportation to and from Universal studio was was awesome. That was my 1st time cause I alway rented a car. Even dropping off my rental car to the hotel from the airport was very convenient. But it is better to speak with the representative their at the hotel. They were more helpfull. Dont try calling that number they leave their when they are not available. The people over the phone was not helpful at all. I did not get to enjoy the pool because I had no time or was very exhausted from the parks. But watching it from my window was very nice clean and inviting. They even had a bar next to the pool whic was cool. I would definitely go back. The price for the hotel was good their food was pricy but very good and worth the money.

Great friendly staff, clean room with space and outlets. Quiet overall. The pool was nice and big. Transportation to universal was great. Hated that we have a season pass to universal and had to pay $17/day for parking at the hotel. Food options were good.

Save yourself the disappointment and just go anywhere else. This place smells like a septic tank and feels like a sauna because nothing works there. The staff is poorly trained and unable to problem solve. They just want your money and could care less about their customers.

Rooms with 3 queen beds are quite roomy. The ceilings were high and added to the spaciousness. Kitchenette and picnic table were nice to have. Quiet and clean. Shuttles to parks are frequent. Can’t beat the price!

Staff was extremely friendly. Amenities were great. Large pool with lots of chairs, pool bar and restaurant were great. Transportation shuttles to and from universal parks was very convenient and easy.

It was a great location for us to head to Universal. The shuttle made things so convenient. Starbucks on the main floor. The food at the cafeteria was good too. Better than I expected. We would stay there again, if we returned.

Great hotel! Exceeded expectations! I loved the way the suites were designed with three queen beds. This resort was quieter than the dockside resort. The shuttle was convenient. The food was good with great options that were made to order. The coffee maker in the room was not my favorite so we had to go to the Starbucks in the lobby to get coffee.

We absolutely loved it here- I was so worried about it being loud because I am a super light sleeper and have trouble sleeping anyway, but it was so quiet and peaceful it wasn’t an issue. My only critique is housekeeping is very slow in the mornings. Maybe they can ask at check in if you need full or basic service and it might make things easier on housekeeping ?

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. Very Spacious and Clean, Pool is big and Clean. Housekeeping is very consistent. If you are going to universal, they have a shuttle that will take you there for free. Affordable and Delicious Breakfast. Rooms are very Spacious, and we got an amazing pool view. Not to loud, crowded, and noisy. Pretty Quiet for such a big hotel. They also do in room pizza delivery! Would definitely come back!

The room was pretty basic but very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant had nice options and the pool was very relaxing. We loved that we could catch the shuttle to the parks. We will definitely be staying again!
