We stayed in this hotel for nine days and for the most part loved it! The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool area was very nice, and the rooms were spacious with good amenities. Housekeeping could use a little help because I had to call down because my sheets and pillows were visibly dirty and when I put them on the floor and asked for my room to be cleaned, they literally put the exact same sheets and pillowcases back on the bed. Thankfully, the front desk felt it was unacceptable. As did I and it was rectified immediately. We had a couple more instances where housekeeping dropped the ball with clean linens and bedding, but other than that the stay was pretty good.

Nice property with a nice large swimming pool and sitting area around it. They could add variety to breakfast. Same for 4 days. They can alternate change. Overall great experience .

Shuttle service was nice but did take a while to get to the parks. I would say add about an hour. Hotel was okay with a continental breakfast and pool. There was a huge leak in the breakfast area and elevators down for service.

Really bad cleaning of the rooms, they cleaned the room but room was so dirty, no vaccum done, no toilet paper changed. So bad we have to call next day for toilet paper in morning. We wasted all our money staying there.

This hotel was really good. Facilities are great and the staff were always nice and willing to help. My only complaint is about the bathtub, which was not clean enough and the drain was somehow clogged.

Hotel was clean and felt very safe for families. The pool and ping pong tables were fantastic. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food wasn’t good (especially for the price).

This Hotel was the second Townplace Suites we stayed at (either side of the cruise) and it was a nice property. The pool area was really good with plenty of space and loungers. Our last day we ate at the Flamingo Grill which was also good.

First time traveling with my 8mo old, called ahead to ensure a crib for her stay. They “ran out” of pack b plays and the baby was left to sleep on the floor! Was told there is nothing they can do.

The access to the property was very difficult (construction around the entire front/parking lot area). When you'd question the staff they either wouldn't respond or act like they didn't know what was going on.
