I’m not one to typically write reviews, but this hotel deserves its praise. I booked a last minute trip and our stay was amazing. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very spacious rooms that were clean and well stocked with towels! Conveniently located near I-4, Disney Springs, restaurants and much more! The staff was highly professional and kind with any request. I highly recommend!

Our stat was okay and staff was very helpful. They accommodated us quickly per our request due to loud noises from the pool area.

This is very nice hotel close to all attractions and shopping. It smells amazing from the minute you walk in. Very clean rooms, specious and nicely decorated. The breakfast is amazing, lots of variety. Big thanks to Yanira Quinones, the chef cook. The staff is great. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to stay here again.

We didn't like their Check in process as front desk person couldn't find our booking in their system and they were saying that our system went down for 2 hours and thats why. But, after manager's involvement they confirmed our booking. But, the front desk lady provided someone else room and couldn't book that room under my name and other guest came at the middle of the night nad disturb our sleeping. Luckily my daughter didnt wake up but there was a serious concerns for that first night of our staying. They apologized but yhe impression was already down for this hotel in our mind.

Budget friendly hotel. The property was very clean and staff was great. The snacks in the lobby are terribly overpriced and there is no restaurant. If you like room service - this isn’t for you.

I had a terrible experience. I first stayed for 2 nights in a room in the first floor. Then I extended for 2 additional nights and it was a nightmare. They requested us to move to another room in the fourth floor (401) located at the end of a long hallway. The beds were at the floor, the bathroom equipment was in bad condition, and also found a coakroach in the bathroom. I asked to cancel the extension and the manager at front desk denied it saying that it was non-refundable. They were rude and desconsiderate. I do not recommend.

We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 young kids). The suite was perfect for our family to rest. Many attractions are near by and easy to get to. Breakfast was included for us i believe because we were in a 'suite'. It was decent. Unsure what the cost would be otherwise.
