Many “small” issues added up to a negative stay for my family. The parking fee went up. It’s now $28, also a $50 deposit. I needed a cold soda (no vending). $5 at lobby “store”. I wanted to wash something in the laundry room…..the soap vending machine was “out of order”. Most of the staff didn’t speak English to ask questions. There were lots of slamming doors late at night and people loudly fighting verbally in the parking lot. Breakfast was okay.

Te cobran el Parqueo $28 dólares el día, te cobran 5$ por paquete que recibes de Amazon y tienes que pedir 24 horas antes para que te limpien la habitación. No vale la pena el desayuno, es muy básico y el horario es de 6Am a 9:30Am. La experiencia fue muy mala.

Great staff! Property was very clean. But hot tub was not hot, and they surprised us with a parking fee that was about a quarter of the room cost.

Regarding the parking fee, Expedia does show the fee on our website under amenities. Most of The staff was wonderful. Checking in was a breeze (I forgot the Ms' name but had dark hair) very attentive and helpful. The staff for breakfast also great; however I cant give the 5 stars because when checking out older lady, wasn't friendly, at all. You would think Working hospitality would bring a smile to one's face. Didn't happen to me but another fam went to ask for extra essentials and didnt say a thing, handed her the toilet paper and didn't even smile again, rude. One last thing don't bother with the disney agency at the front, so unreliable and when calling the ask you a few questions to only get told will get there when we get there. We ended buying them online and driving over. Lastly, try latin flavor restaurant from down the street it is sooo good and convenient.

I got the surprise of having to pay 28.00 dlls for parking, I wasn’t aware of that so from now on I’ll won’t stay near the theme parks looks like the all charge that parking fee. It better to stay close to the airport that don’t charge parking. The should advertise more all the hidden charges. Any way Florida is expensive but nice

This was a perfect stay after an eight day cruise, before heading home. The staff was so nice and the bed super comfortable. You do have to pay for parking but that provides security overnight to keep your car safe. We will be staying at this location every time we are in Orlando.

This was a great hotel in the Orlando area, with comfy and spacious rooms close to the theme parks. If you have a car; food and retail outlets are all extremely close and the area is clean and feels safe. Would highly recommend.

I called a few days prior to our arrival as we were scheduled to arrive after midnight, and Armando added notes to our file. He was also there to check us in. When we arrived he had our keys ready and check in took less than 5 mins. The property is updated and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend!

It was fine; was clean and area felt safe. There is nothing walkable about it, so if you don’t have a car you are completely without food options. Free shuttle to theme parks was a nice perk!

When my husband and I travel around the Country we always try to stay at The Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and were pretty disappointed when we check in at this Hotel in Lake Buena Vista and they told us we had to pay $26 a day for Parking!!..it looks like the Hotel emailed me about this after I booked the Hotel with Expedia, but I didn't read it because I thought was another Reservation Confirmation. I've never been charged at a Hotel for Parking and when I asked the person on the front desk the reason for this Charge, he told me it was for "Greed" from the Hotel. At least he was Honest.... We're really unhappy about it, as then we had to pay $30 a day for parking at Epcot too, and we never knew about this Parking fees when we Booked the Hotel with you!!
