I arrived at 2:30 checked in, told I had to wait, rooms was being cleaned, went in at 3:00 told rooms was beng inspected, went in at 3:30 rooms are still being cleaned and inspected. Now it is 4:00 I go in and the receptionist tell me the same thing room needto be cleaned and inspected. Now I'm a little upset because my check in is at 4:00 why the rooms not ready. My sister walk in after me why the receptionist is telling me nothings available. The receptionist who waits on her put her into a room immediately. I then turn and question the receptionist. How can she walk up and get a room and your telling me none is available. Then she finally get me a room air conditioner does not work, no shower gel in the room. I thought as long as they took the room should have been ready period with amenities. The worst time ever at the hilton tuscany. It was about 4:30 when I got a room. No excuse at all. Poor customer service.

I’m honestly disappointed that the quality I received was NOT to Hilton standards and it was a struggle to find the right employees to assist me, once I did everything went better but the customer service and hospitality is not standardized =/

Nice property, but the check in and check out process was cumbersome. Also the showers were never hot. Just the jaccuzzi and sink. There were was a black residue in the jacuzi when i turned it on. Not sure if needed to be cleaned or not? We just didnt use it. Suite was nice w/ the amenities. I didnt like that they were calling us abt bring at a presentation. Whhen we attempted to attend, we were told its "at the high school." I was frystrated, so we went to brreakfast. I really do feel the presentation should have been emailed or able to view it online. Other than that, nice property. We will stay again.

We stayed in building one room 1104. We found the room to look almost new. There was mold in the ceiling above the hot tub, which left me to imagine that there was a leak in the tub above, causing the mold that was in the ceiling. Other than that our unit look new. The resort is large, it consist of several building, but they have motor carts to get you to the front of the resort. This was important to us because we did not rent a vehicle to get around Orlando, we decided to just Uber. There is a trolley that run up and down international Drive which made it very convenient to get around. The host offered us a booklet of entertainment that was up-and-down International Drive. I wish that brochure would’ve been mailed out to us prior to coming, we could’ve had a better itinerary, but it was very helpful. We spent a couple hours of our vacation listening to a timeshare presentation, which we were compensated with $150 Visa gift card. We use that at the bar and Grill by the pool, which gave us two free meals, The diversity of patrons there was very nice. The class of patron there was not snobby and uppity, nor were they hooded or ghetto. The patron was well rounded folks that was nice to be around.❤️.

Forgot to clean the room one day, but bent over backwards to make it right. Otherwise a quiet, comfortable place to stay. I would stay again.

I would highly recommend the property was beautiful and had many activities. It was easy to access there was local shopping and restaurants. And the location had very little traffic at the time I was there.

Excellent property. Really well located near most of the attractions and parks. Quiet area and close to Outlet Mall. Rooms were clean and had many amenities (just as described)

This is an absolutely beautiful property with walkable things nearby. The staff is so friendly and work so hard. The pools are wonderful. Very family friendly but still quiet. We loved having a kitchen and extra space. We will definitely be back.
