Overall the stay was great Rooms latge and comfortable. Breakfast was good except eggs were very salty.1 elevator was not working so the wait to get on board was long. Good locationfor us. We will be back.

Staff at the property were very friendly and accommodating with our large group of 60 people. Rooms were clean. The management arranged to open breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate our group and our need for leaving the property early in the morning. I will gladly return again with just my family.

Los felicito por sus buenos empleados, desde front desk, area de desayuno, housekeeping entre otros , son muy cordiales y muy orientados a servicio al cliente. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y definitivamente no me equivoque, espero volver a hospedarme en Galleria Palms Hotel. El hotel esta en una ubicación muy conveniente, muy buen desayuno , cerca de lugares de comida, parques de Disney y tiendas. Tienen un gran hotel y sobre todo excelentes empleados!

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Great location! Perfect if you are using Uber/Lyft. About 30 minutes from/to airport. Just 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom, about 20 min to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. hour. I paid less than $10 in the morning to Animal Kindom and a little more than $20 when park closed. Price will depend on the hour, you will pay less in the mornings and more when park closes. Nice, friendly staff. Special thanks to Leo at the front desk, very helpful and professional. Included breakfast was really convenient, there were always eggs, pancakes, bagels, toasts, cereals, cofee, juice, etc., everything was good and never too crowded. I didn't use the pool but it was big and looked nice. CVS and a big Gift Store are next door. You can also find many places to eat at walking distance. If you have a car there is a Walmart very close. I would absolutely stay again.

From the get go, the staff, RUDE. I didn’t get her name, not a smile, not a hello, or welcome. Smelled funky in the hotel, asked for a first floor, she gave me a 2nd. Elevator super slow, Take the stairs. Breakfast is a joke, even the bananas were bad. Checking out, same rude gal as checking in. She didn’t even look up at me, you can tell she likes her job, I said here are my Keys, she looked at me and took them. I looked down at her, and she was cutting her nails! That’s why she was so busy. Resort fee? Not sure what that was for? Free parking? 1 small pool. I would stay away from this place.

This family friendly hotel is very convenient if you're planning most of your activities in the Disney area, free breakfast is very good, free parking and staff are very attentive too. Property conditions is a bit old compared to similar price options, renovations may be needed soon to update the decor and facilites.

Amazing property for its price, you have shuttles to the parks for free and a good breakfast everyday even things to go. Cookies every afternoon. The area around it it’s super convenient walking distance to a lot of fast food restaurants and cvs. Also 2 car rentals.
