We did not like the added charges of which we were unaware of: $20.00 for parking and $10.00 for WIFI and other electronics. Should mention: breakfast is not included and payable snack bar is limited in selection. I do not know about pricing of snacks, etc.

The only thing I would note is that although it is a smoke free property my room smelled like someone smoked inside the room. The other thing was that there was only one pot to cook if you wanted to prepare a full meal, and only two spoons a coffee spoon and a soup spoon. Overall, it is a great stay option with the exceptions above.

Very convenient to Disney and other activities. The room was spacious and comfortable. Minor issue included TV remote that did t work and not enough coffee cups.

One room service in a 10 day stay. Had to ask twice for fresh towels and toilet tissue half way through. We were told that maids busy on our floor were not servicing guest rooms. Very strange. Room was actually very good but faced the multi-story car park. At least we got to watch the raccoons play in the trash. Parking $20 per night "discounted" to $12 per night in an empty garage.

I took my dog with me on this trip and she is a handful and has really bad anxiety. The staff were very accommodating to helping me with her while I went to the parks with my daughter. I notify the staff prior to leaving and would come back to check in. The Communication between the staff and myself was amazing. It was not the first time I stood with them and won’t be the last.

It was a nice Hotel. it was close to any restaurants. But if you are planning to go to Disney/Universal, they only have very limited time frame for shuttle to go to Disney/Universal and go back to Hotel.

Be aware staying here. They do not clean your room and charge you a lot of fees that are shady. They charged us a parking fee but also a fee to shuttle us to the parks. What if I am not going to the parks because I have my car?!?! What if I want to do ride share because your schedule of transportation is terrible? The room was large, but I wouldn’t stay again.

I really enjoyed our stay, and the shuttle service was very useful. The room was pretty clean. Very close to a lot of yummy food places like Giodano's. Minutes to Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom bus terminal. Staff were really helpful and friendly. You know you picked a good place when the Uber driver says "good choice". Only conplain I have is somehow they have to charge me for the full amount twice. One posted, one pending as a hold. When we asked them, they said that's just how night audit does it. It's a lot of money when it's a 8 days stay.

It’s a nice hotel, lots of restaurants in walking distance but I didn’t love the hotels cleaning schedule. You have to book when you’d like your room cleaned, I’ve never seen that before

My new go to place!!!! Staff was awesome and the hotel was quiet, it felt like no one else was there. We also loved the size of the room and the bed was comfortable. We will be staying there from now on!!!

The hotel staff were super friendly, the hotel in a nice area, super clean, the room was nice and big, overall it was great, i would give 5 starts, but the only issue I have was that they didn't have housekeepers daily cause it's a long stay type of hotel, which is fine but since i was there for a week, they told me they will clean the room one time, I just need to ask one day in advance, went I asked for it, they told me that they didn't have time the mext day, that i have to wait 3 more days, and it happens to be the day I was checking out.

The receptionist took my card on file to pay for her rent. When reported to manager she did nothing not even look at footage. The worker kept saying I like your phone case. What does that have to do with anything? Reported it to the police they will be investigating. The water in the shower does not get hot. The bathroom stinks. When arranged to have room cleaned the person never came. They do not clean daily. Free ride to theme park is false advertisement. Only certain theme parks and time for drop off or pickup so prepare to use Lyft or Uber to the parks. Manager and staff poor attitudes. Would never stay here ever.

The staff in the hotel are really polite and helpfull the rooms are great with plenty of space with the kitchenette area that has a large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, hob and coffee machine. The location is good from there to both Disney and Universal. And as i said cant fault the staff they where very good.

Nice and clean property, I would definitely stay again! Great price and close to everything. Parking garage was secure and safe! Front desk at check in wasn’t very friendly but that’s okay because everything else was great!

We book a king suite for a late night check in before moving over to Disney. Many food options in walking distance. Room was clean but hubby had comments about the quality of work in the bathroom, from my perspective it was clean and met the bill. Only one shuttle per day going to Disney. Met our needs.
