The Divi All Inclusive was under construction and the construction was adjacent to my room. I wasn't notified about any construction at the property before booking.

Wasn’t bad, but likely won’t stay here again. Wasn’t pleased with the reservation requirements of 2 days which made it impossible to get reservations at the more popular restaurants. Didn’t appreciate the limited food availability and selections once the restaurants were closed. Tamarajin had better quick food bu the pool, but even that closed early.

Beach area at Divi is excellent however facilities little dated. Looks like they are working to update. Chairs around beach need some cleaning. Bar service was great. Breakfast and lunch buffet offered variety of food. Dinner was good also but tough to get reservations. You need to go online 2 days prior to obtain reservations but you may only receive 5pm or 8pm if you are late. You can check with concierge that day for cancelations after 5pm. Not a great system. Connected to Tamarijin resort which you can also utilize, this seems a little more updated and lively. They have transportation between resorts. Beach area better at Divi. Overall, would return to resort ☀️Aruba 🇦🇼

Stayed at Divi-All Inclusive from May 17th to May 22 for my sister-in-law’s 50th birthday celebration. We had room 7301 in the Veranda building. Our room was dirty and dated with black mold on the white vinyl cushions on the chair and the loveseat. On my way down to lobby to ask for another room, I ran into the cleaning woman and asked if someone could clean the room or give me some chlorox wipes so I could get rid of the mold since I have bad allergies. Staff came in and cleaned the loveseat and changed out the moldy chair. They also addressed the other dirty issues in the room so we decided to keep it. The resort itself is in need of a refresh, which they are trying to accomplish. Beach and ocean are the draw here. Drinks are good, but limited liquor choices. The coffee shop at the Divi is great, had great cappuccino and pistachio crossaint every morning. Staff can be a bit moody, even with a tip. We tipped all the bartenders and restaurant staff well. Breakfast at the buffet was good, but buffet lunch and dinners, while there are a lot of choices, food was bland and not real appealing. Restaurants are better, but we had trouble getting reservations using the app and with concierge. Had to eat early most nights to avoid the buffet. We are used to Mexico all-inclusives and were also disappointed that there was no waitress service on the beach or by the pools, as well as no room service or anything in the mini bar. Overall it was a nice but I like Mexico better

We had a wonderful experience at the Divi all inclusive. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and we had a great time. From sitting on the beach relaxing to dancing to music at night. The food was great there are plenty of options to choose from. The beach was clean and gorgeous. Our view from our room was perfect. There are two shops here and more at the sister hotel which is easy to get to pretty much at any time. You can ask for a list of activities between the two hotels and you can easily hop back and forth if you need things to do. Thank you to their wonderful and very helpful staff. You made our first time in Aruba more enjoyable.

I did not like that the Palm restaurant advertised on DiVi app was closed. I did not like that construction was going and was not disclosed on website. I did not like room, bathroom door off hinge, bedside night stand bottom draw was non usable (broke), and the wi-fi was spotty at best in room 7201.

We had an issue with our A/C in our room the first night and our floor got flooded. That were unable to fix it and we were told we were getting upgraded to a different area ... Other side of the resort, away from our family. No upgrade at all!! Bed was horrible. Run was much more dated and we were away from everything. Went to desk twice to speak with manager and both times . ."they're in a meeting". Besides this ... The staff were very friendly, the beach was fabulous and the drinks were cold!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Registration process needs to be changed. There should be copier at the registration desk so staff doesn't have to go to the back to copy passports. Make a tool so it is easier to put on bracelets. The water filling stations were filthy and need to be clean more often. The lobby printer for boarding passes didn't work, even for staff.

This property is under construction. Construction debris is everywhere. The construction crew is working 7 days a week. Do not come to this place if you want to relax. Shipping hammer at 7:45 am construction worker looking at you while you are bathing on the pool. Very disappointing. Do not stay in this hotel.

— No soda in fridge within room — need better soap and shampoo. Should offer bar soap as well as liquid. — No after shower body lotion — bath towels too small — Beds are hard and pillows uncomfortable. Caused back and neck ache —Could not get into any dining venues. Only two. Most offer 9 or 5 PM —Ginger was good —Buffet… food average. Too many fruit flies. —Buffer should have enforced dress code. People covered in sand, sweat, and bathing. Suits with tank tops hanging over food. —-nuts should not be above the yogurt center. This could cause contamination for those with nut allergies —-pul area too small. Needs a redesign — you need drink servers. Having to go too bar all the time is not relaxing —Need to present a code of conduct. Very loud and obnoxious behavior. Adults acting like teen agers. —patrons should check their politics at the door when arriving; it makes the environment too uncomfortable. Too many T-shirts with political statements and violent depictions. Makes you fell very uneasy. —-cheap lounge chairs —-Service was on average good. —-cleaning staff was very good. —hotel and staff on the most part welcoming for the LGBTQ community; however, patrons, not so much. Ignorant and at times awkward behavior. Again code of conduct should be spelled out. —Casitas should be renovated. The resort appeared to need updates — Gym was excellent. — Overall, we made the best of our stay… but due to several factors will not likely return. Felt isolated.

This was our first stay in Aruba. The weather was great and the beach at the Divi is beautiful. The service from the staff is mediocre. Some staff were helpful and accommodating and others acted as if we were in inconvenience. When we checked in, no one took our luggage to the room. Friends informed us that we needed to request them to do that. Overall, we had a good time. Our ac broke and it took a day for them to fix it. Reservations are impossible on the app but go to concierge and you may get in because we did. I may go back to the island but not that resort. We’ve stayed at other places and paid less for better service.

The good: Most of the staff was nice. Our rooms were ready upon check in. We only got food poisoning once. The gym was cleaner than the common areas. They have a very nice stretch of beach you don't get at other resorts. The bad: The beds are as hard as rocks... if you like stone beds you'll love these. Also the linens are old and tattered. The pillows are all flat and smell strange. I woke up every day achy and sore from the mattress. The rooms are large but the bathrooms are very small. The water pressure is weak,and when you're in the shower the water temp goes from ice to scalding in a second... over and over. Taking a shower is not pleasant. The Ugly: the pools aren't the cleanest, lots of children with diapers floating around in them. the public bathrooms are worse than a bus station, gross, unclean, and un tended. the pools have that gunky ring around them. We stuck to the ocean. We all got skin rashes from something, not sure what. You can't check out online, or through the TV, or by phone. You must trapise down to the lobby and get your bracelet cut off. Thats it. But to do so, you get to wait in line for 30-45 mins waiting because there is only 1 front desk person on at a time. Ridiculous. No's : no lotion in the room, no drinks in the room (fridge is empty), no hair dryer, no other perks in the bathroom. you get soap, and shampoo in a dispenser that constantly falls off the wall. There is no hand sanitizer in common areas. There is no sunbloc

This was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back. The only thing they need to improve is the dining reservations. Reservations were gone quickly and usually your option was to eat at the buffer restaurant. The 5pm and 9pm reservations were easier to get but then you had to be off the beach early for 5pm, or eat late at 9pm.

I booked Divi all inclusive for my honeymoon. Upon check in, I had to have housekeeping change the sheets since they were stained. The room is old and I was told this building will be shut down for renovations in May.  The coffee maker in the room did not work. The toilet paper kept falling off the roll.  I had to clean the conditioner residue out of my shower drain.  One of the sinks was clogged.  The closet door wouldn't close.  I paid for all inclusive but was only able to get reservations for 3 out of 7 nights.  Buffet was sub par so we ended up paying for dinner off the resort.  Such a disappointment.
