«We enjoyed the friendly staff throughout our stay. The hotel staff, especially the room service staff, were impeccable. Our room was beautifully cleaned and well maintained each time we left for the day. They neatly arranged our kitchen groceries, bathroom items and perfume/cologne. We loved this hotel very much and highly recommend.»

«とにかく雰囲気が最高です。 カハラホテル周辺に来ただけでも雰囲気があります。ホテルの建物、ロビーもクラシックリゾートという感じで高級感があり、テンションが上がりました。 一方部屋の設備は少々古く、またアメニティに歯ブラシがない、少し掃除されてない所がありました。 歯ブラシを依頼しましたが30分たっても持ってきてくれなかった部分も気になりました。 宿泊代の高さに対し、雰囲気はありますが施設面とサービス面が今ひとつかなという感想です。»

«A rainy weekend in Waikiki is a great staycation. We’ve stayed at a bunch of places in Waikiki, and these rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our corner room featured a great view of Diamond Head, and you could see the mountains and the ocean as well. The staff is young and a little quirky, but helpful and happy to help. The robes were simple and pretty, so we treated ourselves to two. The baby seal was just a few steps away at the Outrigger beach, and was a special treat for my Mrs.»

«This hotel was a big disappointment. The rated stars, images and information is far away from reality. The hotel is located in a worn and poor area and we was surprised to see the low standard of the hotel. The rented cabin with sea view for four adults was dark, poorly equipped and needed refurbishment. When we arrived there was a basket with coffee for three, dirty pillows on the couch and only seating for two on the terrace. The bathroom had access from both bedrooms, but the locks did not ...

«The property had a great location. It isn’t right on the beach but it’s only a short walk to it. Same for downtown Waikiki. The on-site parking that was included was a great addition. The place had everything we needed. The on-site minimart was packed with all the little things you may have forgotten, including staples like bread, milk, and other groceries. Prices were reasonable at the mini mart too The only thing I would suggest is that the room came with a water filter pitcher. The water ...
