Great, but huge resort with its ups and downs
A greta stay at hyatt, the facility is enormous. They have all kinds of services available at site and a fantastic pool area. Also conveniently located by the beach and a pretty good surf spot. Though in my opinion its more like a four star than a five star, mostly due to the enormous size, they struggle to make the service feel as personal as on a proper five star location.

Fantastisk hotel og område
Fantastisk hotell og omgivelser. Fem svømmebasseng og velge imellom samt en fantastisk privat strand gjør det til en perfekt plass for barnefamilier. Vannsklien var veldig populær hos vår datter på 3år. Fantastisk middagsbuffet med underholdning hver kveld, men har også mange restauranter rett utenfor hotellet til en rimeligere penge.

Flott resort med fantastisk service
Pent hotell med gode fasiliteter. Mye er tilrettelagt barn/ familie, men voksne på parreise kan også finne rolige områder. Eneste å peke på i noe negativ forstand er at tilstanden på hotellet kunne vært bedre. Rommet var noe mer slitt enn hva en ville forventet av bildene/ prisen. Lamellene på rommet mellom badet virket ikke ordentlig, det var mugg på flere av kleshengerne med mere. På fellesområdene mangler det fliser flere steder, og i bassengene var det flere sprukne fliser som var forsøkt fikser på en lite pen måte, samt dyser som ikke fubgerte. Bassengene var også urene sammenlignet med lignende hoteller. Dette er dog småting, det meste er på plass, og de virker proffe og erfarne på servicebiten!

Thank you for a nice ending of our Bali trip!
Quite a luxurious (and contrastful) experience. We just arrived from the harbour in Sanur after Nusa Lembongan, and when we arrived at Grand Hyatt I was blown away. It was so beautiful and the staff were so friendly. There is a giant pool and a great tennis court, several restaurants and a shopping mall right across the street. The rooms are average standard (not 5 star in my opinion) and they are not sound isolated. I think you'll get a great view anywhere at the hotel. Great beach, white sand, but lots of currents and tide.

We had a wonderful week in the Grand Hyatt Bali, the stay in the hotel was excellent for its impeccable staff, the most beautiful hotel gardens and pools and its location at the beautiful Nusa Dua beach. The staff was so extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, we never went with so much joy for a breakfast, purely because of the kindness received by the staff in the morning. We really feel humbled by the kindness and positiveness of the balinese people, something rare in this world

The location on the beach was fantastic, the room was exceptional and the staff could not do enough to help and were all so friendly. The whole site is huge and after a week we were still discovering new areas. It would have been nice to have had a better "introduction" talk explaining what was included, such a free cocktails and meals in the Grand Club, which was included in the room we booked.

When we first checked in into our room, the bed had stains on it and the bathroom had smudges of sauce/blood. We asked them to come to clean it. Then we realised the fridge was not working and kids couldn’t have the milk as it was warm and they came and replaced fridge. Also the pillows were very high and a low amount. For a 5 star hotel it should have enough staff but there are hardly any staff around to help you or for you to order. Keep away as it is not worse the money.

For Bali, this was quite overpriced, or at least at the time I stayed it was. The rooms are dated and smallish. The room balconies are tiny. The grounds are pretty but for Bali, nothing too unusual. For a little more money you can find something spectacular in this area, like Kempenski.

Great place. Excellent pool, very well done and beautiful. Great slide for the kids. Nice beach. Italian restaurant is very good. Staff is wonderful. Overall, an awesome place. One downside: King bed is two twins pushed together, and it is very hard. Not a plush soft bed. Slept fine in it, but expected something different.

Quiet season perfect do nothing, laze by the pool, eat, drink, sleep, repeat. The Balinese people and the hotel staff are GENUINELY happy to be of service. So refreshing. Club Access will be a must for any future visits. Thank you to Sutrisna and all the Club staff. You made this a perfect short break.

Hotel staff are very nice and kids friendly place. Close to Bali Collection shopping mall & Beach front and feeling real relaxing Only negative is room is little bit old. But nice and clean. I love the hotel Definitely I will stay again.

Quiet luxury stay
Great place for families but as a couple we also enjoyed. It’s a very quiet place and not much to do in the area except for go to Bali collection at night which has good options for food and massages. The hotel offers a lot of water activities at a reasonable price. I took surfing lessons and loved it.
