Nice but could be better
Rooms very spaces, but the bath rooms were not sure big and shower in the bath not ideal if your of a larger size I'm prob a medium but someone larger than I would struggle with the size, room if this quality deserves a high spec bath shower room.

Dated & expensive but in a lovely location
A nice location, with good facilities and friendly staff, however the property is a little dated and needs an overhaul. The cost of food and drink on site is also very expensive. Very disappointed to arrive to a dirty toilet in the bathroom.

Christmas at Barnham Broom
5 day stay over Christmas in a junior suite. The food and service was excellent. Good location for exploring the Norfolk coastline and Norwich. If any complaint, the main lobby doorway and through the court yard to accomodation should be automatic as it was very difficult to get suitcases through and we noticed other people struggling as well. Lots of stairs to drag suitcases up and down and no offer of help from reception for people on their own.

Not the usual standard
I've stayed at the hotel many times and the rooms have always been spotless. Unfortunately the sheets hadn't been changed and the bed contained hair. I was promptly moved to another room. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable and quiet
A very warm and friendly check in. I had been upgraded to a superior room which was very spacious. A huge and very comfortable bed, excellent facilities and very quiet. Very good value for money and a lovely place. Would happily recommend and look forward to returning.

Came away for a three night break. Lovely hotel, staff are wonderfully helpful and hard working. Great food, spa and pool. Location is perfect and the rooms are relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely return.

When booking a hotel I often look for a gym, Hotels.com states there is one, but makes no mention in order to use the gym as a guest there is a supplementary fee of £7.50!

2 day business trip. Overall ok, a few points; social areas very nice, modern, comfortable however the rooms and corridors really quite dated now (very dark veneer/painted wood). Carpets well overdue a replacement or at least a proper clean. The room was comfortable, clean but again ready for a re-fresh. No iron in the room but housekeeping quickly delivered one. Restaurant was nice, food beautifully presented but wow the price, way too expensive. Breakfast extremely nice. Overall nice but at these prices needs to be better.

3 night business stay.
This is the 2nd time I have used Barnham Broom. Lovely clean room. On arrival I was told breakfast was £20 if I booked now but I chose to pay as I go and was then charged £15 in the restaurant. Also charged 10% on top of my evening meal bill for 'service charge'. I wouldn't mind but I had to order my drink and then my meal from the bar. No waiter service at all from the table I was sat at. Stayed 3 nights and all 3 evenings I chose a table to sit at for a meal and on all 3 occasions, the table needed cleaning. A lovely place to stay but staff could do with keeping on top of the seating area cleanliness as this is not a cheap place to stay.

Last minute trip to Norwich. Hotel booked on day of stay. Nice hotel with great views. Room was comfortable as was bed. Bathroom adequate and clean. Sports bar food was good. Breakfast was ok but not amazing and dining room around the edges was in need of a good hoover by windows. Overall stay was fine.

A nice place with a relaxing atmosphere, lovely spa and good Vegan options considering. Its a little out in the middle of nowhere but that just means its a quiet place to stay and the staff were helpful and lovely. As a note for Disabled visitors, the building was designed in the 70s so there are steps to go into the bar and in the gym and pool so though the staff are helpful.

Was a little disappointed to get a service charge added to meal without being told. Even though you order from the bar yourself. What was the service charge for? Paid extra for the gym pass. The sauna was cold in the morning. Hot tub area cold too. Wasn’t even a hot tub.

Fantastic 10/10! Highly recommend!
I’ve stayed here 4 times now! The service, hotel itself and amenities are fantastic. I’ve been for business but have recommended to lots of family and friends as a lovely place for an escape! Really reasonable price for what you get. Pool, gym and sauna are a lovely treat! The restaurant and food is always lovely and they’re really understanding and I feel assured when I told them about my requests on food. Special shout out to the waiter that took my order and served our table - he couldn’t do enough to help and was so warm and welcoming! The rooms are so clean and the beds are super comfy - also had a lovely bath and powerful shower. Whoever the receptionist is on arrival, you’re always greeted with a warm welcome.
