«I researched a lot of hotels prior to our trip and so glad we ended up coming here with our 3.5 and 2 yr olds. The property is stunning. It feels like you’re at a resort in Mexico. 2 nice playgrounds that are shaded was very appreciated. The beds are comfy and sheets are so soft. The rooms are HUGE. We had a one bedroom villa and asked for a rollaway bed and pack and play and we could fit both of them in our room. We were blown away at the room size. «The fridge shelf broke when I put in a glass bottle, the bottle fell and shattered, splashed the drink on the floor. The maid staff came to clean after 1 hour and we called 3 times by then. When I stepped out, a bunch of staffs were chit chatting in a parking lot. Not the best service. Otherwise the facility was clean and well equipped, no complaints. Oh a power outlet didn't work, and a fan switch chain was cut. There is nothing in walkable distance, no restaurant on site. Be ready to be asked ...
