«One of the better rental houses my family has stayed in, and that bar is pretty high! My family for this trip consisted of a 21 month old, 3 four year olds, a seven year old, a teenager, and four adults. This unique property offered the bedding and space needed to very comfortable accommodate my group. The pool and backyard was a lot of fun, with the high door latch on the patio screen door being well out of reach of the 4 year olds, the pool was never a danger for us even without a fence. ...

«Made a mistake booking this place. Place was not ready until 10pm when checkin was supposed to be 4pm. Even after late checkin, the place was still horrible, dirty (floors and bedsheets) and stinky (wreaks of cigarette or drug odor). Host had leftover junk cars in driveway and yard - barely room to park vehicle. Had animals (peacocks) making outside noises all night. The host was not responsive or accomodating at all. Almost as if this is their first time renting it out or dont give a damn about ...

«We visited with 9 adults and had a great week at the condo and pools. Having 2 stories worked out perfect for us. Our kids and their friends had a separate area to hang out. The place was clean and exactly as described, and the hosts provided clear instructions for arrival and departure. We had no issues all week and loved using the pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, and games room. Shopping was convenient, and we took a trip snorkeling as well. Everything you’d want was near-by.»

«This property was very clean and organized. We found it comfortable for 4 adults. The master bedroom does not have a closet, only a dresser and shelving. Adding wall hooks or an area to hang clothes would be helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the kayaks. We only found one working bike. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. :)»

The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. Villas 2 and 3 are 1 bed 1 bath and are set up like a duplex. Villa 4 is a 1 bed 2 bath plus an outdoor shower as well. Every villa has it's own stove, fridge, living room, ...

«First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower ...

We had such a great time here, the property is spotless and beautiful, the rooms were perfect in size and beautifully decorated, and the couple who run the property make you feel so welcome and like your family. We rarely left the property, it was so relaxing to sit on the beach, or take the kayaks or paddle boards out into the water, we even saw, sharks and manatees and got to swim with them right at the resort. We will definitely go back!»
