«stayed for a week with our 3 daughters (14, 11 & 9) in May. good space and facilities on the property, lovely garden Area forout door dining. 10 minute walk to Trevone beach and the hosts let us use their pull along trolley and body boards which the kids loved. great hosts just over the road.»

«Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. The lady in the farm house was very friendly and offered any assistance should we need it. The dog exercise field was great for ...

«A wonderfully historic house with an equally wonderful garden, location and views. So very peaceful. Only a quick drive to Launceston for provisions. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the garden and indoor board games for family fun. It was hard to drag ourselves away to go enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. The owner provided a very comprehensive list.»

«We had a lovely time. It is on a working farm so be prepared for smells and very narrow roads. We had several encounters with tractors on single lane tracks.»

«Bay Cottage is just right for our stays when down visiting family nearby. Easy access to the beach, canal and town centre. Parking away from the main road, and safe. Sounds of the birds waking you in the morning confirms this oasis of peace, despite the town location. Large grounds giving plenty of space to walk your dogs last thing at night. Owners in easy reach and happy to sort any problems with a smile.»

«Beautiful house. Accurately described. The dogs loved the garden. All communication with the owner has been swiftly responded to. The owners have thought of every little thing. We would definitely stay again. A car is needed to make the most of the local attractions and beaches.»

«The house was very small but beautifully appointed. Parking at the top of a hill may cause problems for some but a slightly longer walk was much flatter and we took the car halfway down the hill to unload. All the rooms were decorated with love and both the living room and bedroom were very comfortable. The welcome pack was lovely too. The location was great, with pasties, beer and other treats on the doorstep. Highly recommend, so long as you’re okay with stairs.»

«Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again.»

«Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. «Rural house a short distance off the main road serving the north coast of Cornwall (rugged and picturesque with some amazing beaches and port towns in short reach). Local pub did an amazing roast on Sunday and very friendly. Couldn’t fault the house, had everything we needed, very clean with various spaces (dinner table, lots of sofa space, conservatory and tables / chairs outside with a bbq). Loved the attic headroom. «We stayed in this lovely cabin with our 7 year old daughter and a dog for a two nights.All of us absolutely enjoyed every moment spent there.The cabin is located in secure garden.Gives perfect privacy to the owners and guests. It's very cosy,clean,peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature,in fantastic location,close enough to all local turists spots (Tintagel,Boscastle,Bude etc.) I would give it a 20 stars if I could 😁. Highly recomend this cabin and whole family would like to return again ...

«Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself.»
