«The rental was perfect for two adults. Other than then the renters at the wrong unit at midnight and trying to unlock our door our stay was seamless. I do recommend improving the path to the unit with more lighting and possibly steps.»

«As a former resident of old Colorado City and Manitou Springs found a location to be very centralized. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Very organized, wonderful cleaning supplies selection, accessible to guests. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!»

Well set out, well equipped, very well located in Colorado Springs, it was everything we needed. Quiet, clean. Communication with the management team… if needed… was easy and friendly. We’d recommend these apartments to anyone needing a short to long term stay.»

«Brenda is a wonderful person with a lovely home in nice neighborhood. I am glad I was able to meet her. During my stay the temperatures were in excess of 95 degrees, because the air conditioning was never turned on during my stay I was literally unable to sleep until it finally cooled down about 4am (I get up for work at 6). The list of amenities is completely inaccurate. Due to the high fees associated and because there are no amenities there is no value.»
