«We stayed just after storms had came through the area so understandably some of the property's attributes were not accessable to us. The floating dock was pulled out of the water and placed on the beach area, which didn't leave too much bank area for fishing, and obstructed the view of the water from the chair swing. «The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with the AC not working and the smoke detector going off in the middle of the night. The property was mostly clean except for the windowsills (we had to open the windows to air out the woodstove smoky smell downstairs) and the used kleenex on a kitchen shelf. The bed was very comfy. «We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated. Our kids loved the wooded area behind the property and all the “wildlife” (tiny tree frogs and moths, lol) they saw. The sleeping options were also a favorite, they had many places to choose ...

«Lots of room, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a common bath upstairs. However, if you don't need all 3 bedrooms, avoid the one facing the street. Although Auburn is a small town, this road carries a lot of car and truck traffic all night long and it carries into the bedroom»

We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!»

«My family stayed here over labor day weekend. Very cute cabin with all the amenities of being at home. This was perfect as minimal packing is great with a 2 year old 10 year old. The kids loved the little beach and the views from the cabin were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will likely go back again.»

«Great spot to attend a wedding at Autumn Lane. Very close. Very clean and comfy. We had two dogs, so the multiple inner doors helped with keeping them managed and safe as we stepped in and out. Everyone slept well. The electric fireplace was cozy. We loved the thoughtfulness of wine and beer. Our only concern was a lack of microwave safe dishes. Good thing we read labels. «This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.»
