«Booked this property for a long weekend with family. Everything was just as description and photos showed. Weather wasn’t the greatest but the boats the firewood and fire pit the hot tub and fireplace made up for it. We wanted a place to just get away and relax and this place really came through. Thanks Ivy and your team. Oh make sure you like deer because there all around. One little buck would come up on the deck and bang on the door. Not kidding.»

«Property was easy to find, well stocked, updated and clean. Aside from the microwave not working, we had a great experience. There were 4 adult friends from college and the property had everything we needed. There were things to do closeby (hiking, outlets etc), but also a great option to just stay there. «If you enjoy arriving at your rental and walking inside at check-in time, this place is not for you. We arrived at the guard station at arranged check-in time and told we were not on the guest list. The guard directed us to the HOA welcome center. After waiting in a long line there, we we were told this property is not approved for short-term rentals. «Everything as advertised. Points of clarification: There's no indoor pool at the community center. Why did I think there was one? Who knows. The beach is about 5 minutes down the road and the swimming areas are hilariously small. House was well maintained, but I don't love the memory foam mattresses - but that's more a reflection on me than anything.»
