«I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. The owner, Jason, responded to any questions I had and even had a "book" on the counter that explained everything about the home as well as local attractions and fun things to do. «We had a wonderful time staying at this home on our ski trip. The home is charming and historic but tastefully updated, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and perfectly clean. The location is wonderful—close to airport, walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and everything else downtown, and also has easy access to freeways to get you to all the ski mountains nearby! «We’ve stayed there before. It’s a nice, quaint place. The room was perfect for us! The only thing that was an issue was the slow water pressure in shower head. It took us twice as long to shower because of the low water pressure in the newly installed water saver shower heads. 2 nights we did bathed like that. I told the front desk about it and she said that all the shower heads got changed and that’s to be expected. Couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until someone from the hotel ...
