«When we walked in we were in aww, so beautiful and clean. You had all the amenities needed plus much more. We now know next time we visit we can take our furry buddy. «Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. We loved the studio and garden. Parking is on a dead-end street with limited parking spaces outside the main compound.»

«We loved the quiet neighborhood and large rooms of the casita. The porch was wonderful and we enjoyed seeing many birds and even some deer. It was close to hiking trails and the Audubon Center. Very peaceful area but only about 10 minutes drive to downtown Santa Fe.»

«We did not need to use the kitchen much due to we were visiting family. The place was clean and accomodating needs. The only things I would mention were to offer more towels. Other than that we were very pleased with the place. Thank you.»

«We liked the location and was within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was older adobe structure which we liked. What we didn’t like was marginally safe electric outlets and main door locks. The outlets were poorly maintained and hung loose. The door locks need to be updated and strengthened. Another item that needs to be addressed is that the property was advertised as an efficiency there was no sink in the “kitchen” area. We had to haul water from the bathroom to wash dishes and ...

«Fun and unique experience. I was visiting my son at UNM and this is a great location. There are several units - so we were a little confused as to which door to go through -- but the communication from the owner was clear and we figured it out.»

«Lovely super clean unit in complex (adobe style). unit expansive with a kitchen large enough for 2 wheelchairs (we are partially disabled, not in wheelchairs but walk with canes; place would be good for people in wheelchairs.) Found unit after typing "disabled access" into filters. 2 large lovely bedrooms with comfy (firm) California King beds. Adjoining bathroom (shower only) in one; bathroom (shower) close to 2nd bedroom.. Difficult to shower; narrow & have balance issues due to inner ear ...
