«Nice little studio for a really good price. Walls are kinda thin, so if the neighbors are noisy you really hear it. Location is almost an industrial type area which I was a little concerned about on first arrival, but did not have any issues or see/hear anything worrying during my 4 nights. »

«It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.»

«The resort was fantastic. The food and bar downstairs had excellent service and good food. The beach is great, two nice pools to choose from and a good indoor pool if the weather gets a little rough. The staff was polite and very helpful. The fitness center is decent, you should find most of what you need, Pier Park is walking distance away, perfect to walk off a meal on the beach. «My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit ...

«We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed ...

«We enjoyed the property and while it’s a very small unit, it’s all we needed for the two of us. We enjoyed the nice view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Pools looked amazing, but we chose to spend our time with our toes in the sand. We cooked in the kitchen all meals but 2 and enjoyed both eating in and out. Logan recommended several dining locations and seafood market and they were excellent. Thankful for this last week.»

«This vacation rental was a very clean and comfortable cube of paradise. It is not a large place, but it definitely has all the amenities necessary to enjoy yourself, with great location on the ocean and a spectacular view. It is only about 13 minutes from Daytona Speedway and the airport. I would definitely recommend this unit for its affordable pricing, cleanliness, location and of course view.»

«The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience.»

«We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.»
