«The electronic lock on door did not work. I was not aware there was a lock box and did not have a code. My phone did not get service in that area. A neighbor finally came home and let me use his phone. I got code and key. Please let others know about lock box and code. Rest of visit was enjoyable»

«Hosts were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. This is a one of a kind experience! Memories made. Wanted to do something unique for grandson’s 12th birthday. We love to boat. Lake CDA was beautiful. Kids enjoyed slide on boat, paddle board and lily pad. Tubing was great. TV and internet worked well. Loved Tony’s Italian Restaurant on the Lake. Short trip to Marina. 15-20 min to Walmart for supplies and great shopping at local malls. Private dock so we had this busy lake to ourselves.»

The price was great as well, considering neighboring properties, some even on the same doc, are listed at 3X the price as this property. Thanks for having us. We will be back!»

«This is an excellent location! Right off the dock and into a safe swimmable part of the lake! The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. Just fyi there was paper towels there when we stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer!»

«We had 7 woman staying here for a girls trip and had a great time. The location is close to Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene for day trips but we spent most of the time floating off the dock, grilling, and relaxing. Great spot!»

«My daughter and I loved the walking paths around the property. We did have a problem with the toilet, and specifically asked that the repairman not wake us up before 10 AM. He woke us up at 8:15! This was after the phone call where the lady verified with me that we would not be woken up before 10 AM. We reserved a studio without a view of the golf course. I was a bit surprised that the studio had a direct view of all the cars in the parking lot and nothing else. The balcony was right in front of ...
