«Harbor View Landing is a collection of cottages right on the water in Mystic. We had 2 outdoor chairs and ate outside one night looking out at the water. We stayed in a cabin named Cove. I think it was a great value for the money. Here's what you would be getting if you rent the Cove. A bedroom that includes 2 chairs and a dresser. A small fridge with a complimentary bottle of wine. «Visited in May 2024 - this is a wonderful, clean, stay in a second-floor carriage house, literally a stone's throw from a private sandy beach. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, with convenient beach chairs and umbrellas, toys for the kids. WiFi is spotty, but who wants to do work when the beach is across the street?!? Highly recommended!»

«My husband and I brought our rescue dog Beau with us. One of the few places found that allow dogs. We all had a great time. Bar and restaurant on the property. Nicely appointed room. The most comfortable king bed we ever slept in away from home. Loved it and we will return soon.»

«This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. «My daughter graduated from coast guard academy so we were staying for several days. The cottage is located in black point in Niantic. So close to the ocean. The cottage was adorably decorated, and very comfortable. Plenty of beds to accommodate a bigger group. Slept very well in comfortable bed. The owner had left some bagels and muffins for us as well. «I booked this for a sister weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. It appears that the house was built to be a summer getaway, so it is pretty basic and no frills and comes with all the creaks and quicks of an older house. The living room is perfect for hanging out and the four chairs make it easy to rearrange to suit your needs.
