«Close to a lot of surrounding things to do. Clean. VERY quiet. Great communication with host. Will stay here again!»

«Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets.»

«Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but ...

«We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.»

«This is an amazing place for staying in Buffalo. Host was super cooperative( helped me to correct my booking dates). House was super clean, everything was ready for welcoming guests. The area is quiet and safe, close to everything you need to see. I really enjoyed my trip with Jerome’s place. Strongly recommend this place over any other around the city.»

«House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!»

«I have stayed at many places but this was by far the cleanest and most homey. Polly was very sweet and accommodating. There was so much to do nearby and the place had everything we could have needed. We can't wait to come back!»

«The apartment is very private and has a seasonal view toward Lake Erie. Private deck and loved drinking coffee in the morning from the deck while watching the birds (even saw a pair of eagles). Nice restaurants nearby in Westfield, and a short walk to Lake Erie. 20-25 minutes to Chautauqua Institution. I loved my week there and will definitely back.»

«Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value.»

«Clean, well equipped lodging. Free (summer only) shuttle a 2 minute walk away, but we ended up walking as things were so close. 15 to 30 minute walk to all falls viewpoints on the US side and the the Canadian side of the Rainbow Bridge. Host reached out a couple times to insure that we had no issues and responded quickly to any questions we had. P»

«The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete»
