Front desk staff interaction experience both during checkin and checkout was disappointing. I tried to do early checkin via the link provided through a text message. The website didn’t accept my credit card despite multiple tries. I sent a message informing I could not complete the checkin and asked for advice. No response was provided. Then when I reached the property, it took me 20 mins to checkin.
During checkout I asked for a final receipt ( either print or email was fine) but they refused to provide one, providing the reason that the charge on my credit card was only an authorization. After many discussions they provided one but the front desk person ( probably a new trainee) gave me a lot of attitude.
The water park was lots of fun. The support staff in the water park was very helpful and vigilant. Whole family and My little one enjoyed it. This is a great option especially during winter time. The customer service needs improvement.
