While we do charge a nominal fee for parking (only 10.00) we strive to keep our rates competitive compared to other hotels in downtown areas. The hotels closer to the park charge up to 40.00 for parking, so ours is a great deal! Regarding breakfast, we regret any confusion. Courtyard hotels in USA do not offer complimentary breakfast as part of the standard room rate. However, we do offer various breakfast options for purchase at our on-site restaurant.If you prefer a hotel with a complimentary breakfast buffet, we recommend considering Fairfield Inn or Hampton Inn, which often include this amenity as part of their offerings. The other option for you is to book a room at a higher rate with breakfast for two people included. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly at the hotel. Mostly quiet. Sucked the price was so high and you still had to pay for the breakfast, and the breakfast was limited and expensive from the bistro. The room smelled a little musty, and the air conditioner took forever to blow cold air and cool the room off. No fan in the bathroom and low water pressure.. other than that it wasn't too bad. Not in the best side of town, but could be worse.

Convenient location close to the casino. Had another hotel not work out and booked a room here in a pinch and it did the job. The bathroom and pull out bed were pretty dirty and there was dirt up the walls even towards the high ceilings. Overall the hotel was pretty nice and quiet, just maybe needs some better house keeping.

It's disappointing to hear that the cleanliness of the washrooms didn't meet expectations and that there was an unpleasant odor in the room. Having access to streaming services like Netflix or Amazon can be a nice perk for entertainment during downtime, so it's unfortunate that they weren't available.

Arrived late from a long drive. Room was 68° when we arrived. Set thermostat higher, went to sleep assuming it would eventually kick in. TV had only local channels. Was told in the morning TV and heat would be worked on while we were out for the day. Came back around 8pm, neither issue was resolved. Staff didn't offer to move us to another room, I had to pursue the matter. Eventually, we were given another room, where the heat and TV worked fine. The lobby and other areas (pool out of order) of hotel are in a state of renovation. Noticed in both rooms, the towel near shower was plush and soft, however the other towels on rack were worn out and in need of replacement. The staff was friendly, just didn't meet expectations regarding resolving issues. The area is secluded, nothing within a couple blocks for snacks. Closest building looks to be a warehouse across the street.

It's disappointing to hear about the issues with the room temperature and TV, as well as the lack of timely resolution by our staff. We understand the frustration this must have caused, especially after a long drive.We're sorry that our initial response didn't meet your expectations, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to address the issues. Your feedback regarding the condition of the towels is noted. As for the ongoing renovations in the lobby - our lobby is not under any renovation. The hotel is a state protected old chocolate factory building. It was built in 1920. The architects preserved the "old" chocolate factory pillars when they designed the hotel around this historic building. They have some signing and autograph of the people who build the factory. Perhaps the historical pillars are what you took as "lobby under renovation". We also have a lot of pictures through the property to educate our guests and explain the history of the hotel and the Falls. We're glad to hear that the staff was friendly, but we understand that friendly service alone is not enough when issues arise. Rest assured, we'll use your feedback to improve our processes and ensure better communication and resolution in the future.We're grateful for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a much-improved experience. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds frustrating to encounter unfriendly staff and find the pool closed unexpectedly. If this happened at a hotel or a similar establishment, it might be worth bringing your concerns to the attention of management. They may not be aware of the issue and could take steps to address it, such as providing better customer service training for employees or communicating renovation schedules more clearly to guests.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, the staff is rude and unprofessional, bad cleaning service in the rooms, horrible breakfast service (Starbucks), empty all the time without customer service, try to have breakfast for 2 days and It was impossible, really very frustrating considering that it was very cold and it was difficult to go out.

First of all, the area is a food desert. The facility was fine, but the food options in the area are not great. Kudos to the one person who was working in the hotel restaurant - who had the responsibility of ALL of the duties to get food out to customers. Because she was the only one working, the menu was limited. She took our order, cooked the food, rang us up at the register....She was a sweetheart!!

I've stayed at many Marriott courtyards. Usually it's always a pleasant stay and I have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately this time that was not the case.The rooms are very spacious the the building is very nice it's in the old chocolate factory unfortunately the heat did not work. So space heaters will provided but we're not adequate to heat the room. I woke up the next morning for breakfast that I paid for to find out that due to staffing issues and/or lack of sales, they did not provide breakfast. The front desk lady was not very helpful and brought out a thing of coffee for me acting as if that would suffice. When I asked for a finalized receipt instead all I received was a receipt for $10.38 for a parking fee that I knew nothing about. She further explained take it up with Expedia. I would not recommend to my company that we not stay there and unfortunately if they got things right it would be a beautiful place to stay. I won't even get into the ex military side of me that would say that the flag that was outside was tattered and it half staff because the string was wrapped around the pole, I volunteered to fix it for them, and the comment was " I will let maintenance know"

I really liked the atmosphere it felt modern while sticking to its roots from the original chocolate factory. I also loved the soze fo the room. Plenty of space. I didn't really care for the gym due to limited options.

Room only get other days so when we came back room was not cleaned or serviced. Staff initially informed without checking anything that break fast not included but I had to show my reservation to get the break fast coupons however we decided not to do breakfast there as it was limited.

It is closely located to the Niagara Falls Park. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I would recommend this place.

The afternoon receptionist Nadia and Julie were very helpful and ready to assist with any needs. Easy to park , walkable distance to the park and our room was clean.

The hotel is very nice, but it was stated that the rooms were soundproof and we were outside the laundry area where we could hear the staff loudly at 9am. Not soundproof at all.

Excellent Customer Service - Slight Inconveniences
The staff at this hotel were very warm and welcoming, very professional while also personable. We had a wonderful stay but had some mild inconveniences. The shower only had a half door with the dials on one side and shower head on another, which was not comfortable for bathing. It was very awkward. There was also no fan in the bathroom. The room itself only had two small and shallow dresser drawers for storage. We were at the hotel for 6 days and were unable to unpack most of our suitcases so this was very inconvenient. Also we paid to have breakfast included in our stay at the bistro in the hotel but it was not disclosed that you could only order a few select things on the menu. There was no orange juice for 5 days and one of the elevators was out of service for almost our entire stay. Overall it was a great experience and these were not huge issues but with some resolution they'd get a 10 rather than an 8.

Surprisingly dirty
The first room we were assigned didn’t look like it had been cleaned since the previous customer stayed there- the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. We were switched to a different room immediately but that a the room has an incredibly moldy shower curtain and a lot of dirt on the floor.
