"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to every need with genuine hospitality. The staff was also extremely helpful and polite. I stayed for three days, first day was at the main building: the room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The next two days we had the opportunity of a lifetime and stayed at the villas. The villa was truly amazing, three bedrooms and a spacious living room. The luxury is impeccable and let’s not forget the private pool! The hotel's facilities were outstanding. The pool area was a tranquil oasis. The restaurant Lagoon had the best Bao Buns!! It was located at the beach with stunning views of the ocean.The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to win wonders. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional. I had some requests that needed attention. The staff treated me with respect, courtesy and met my needs to the last detail!!! The staff made my family feel happy and comfortable on the island. I hope every visitor will have the opportunity to enjoy the staff’s hospitality. "Merket de ansatte var lei alle de forskjellige turistene der, vennligheten og servicen er ikke som andre steder i Vietnam. Søppel i felles området stod fremme i over 24 timer og da var det enda ikke ryddet vekk. Fikk håndklær i stede for kluter. Møkette sengetøy lå igjen på rommet. Mat som ble bestilt til rommet lå på rommet hele oppholdet (de ansatte fjernet det ikke). Vi kommer ikke tilbake"

"Great hotel! Excellent breakfast and nice that the gym is open 24/7. Good service. A bit negative that there is no roofbar/roof top that is accessiable unnless you pay extra (I was quoted $60 USD extra pr person pr night to access the roof lounge/area/restaurants) or are a member. Also when we ordered room service or asked concierge for help it took quite a long time for them to come to the room. One example, We ordred food one time and they forgot the truffle sauce, and didnt come with it after 10 minutes and by then the food was cold. Other then this, this is a 5 star hotel."
