«The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!»

«Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.»

«My family and I came up for Memorial Day. The communication and check in process was prompt and clear. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible, and having a garage space was awesome so we didn’t have to deal with finding a parking spot in Newport. For surfing, it’s a laid back lineup and people were friendly.
