Great location, really enjoyed the daily breakfast. Room had everything you needed and very clean! Two subway stations within walking distance so we got to see all of New York easily. Would stay here again!

The staff were rude & unhelpful. Our air conditioning was broken blowing hot air for 3 days before it was fixed. The temperature in the room reached 27*C/81*F; which made it impossible to sleep. The river view was ok. The complimentary breakfast was the worst we have ever had; paper plates, plastic cutlery that bent when used. Minimal choice and NO options for food allergies. The electronic gym equipment couldn’t stay connected to the network & the water fountain was just trickle.

Pro—Very cheerful and helpful desk and housekeeping staff. Convenient to most of the sights we wanted to see in Manhattan. Cons—only two slow, small elevators to serve both guest and housekeeping staff. Only one ice machine for guests and it is located in the cellar, we had to go down and back up 36 floors on slow and usually crowded elevators just to get a bucket of ice.

Great location to a number of NY attractions and transportation. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety to select from and much better than most hotel breakfast. Appreciated the double Q-size beds which were very comfortable.

The hotel was in an area that was convenient to get to the places we wanted to during our stay in New York. many convenient food choices, of all levels, and some markets. We felt comfortable in the area.

We had a pleasant stay. An kitchenette with a fridge and microwave were a definite bonus. The checking was quick and easy, room was available prior to the official check in time. Beds were comfortable and there was no noise. Breakfast was pretty decent and not crowded. Overall, I would come back to this hotel.

Accueil froid, hautain et quasi inexistant. Sur Expédia il n’était mentionné nulle part que l’hôtel prélevait 250$ de caution ! Cependant l’hôtel est bien, propreté ok, quartier facile d’accès et en plein centre de Wall street.

- When we tried to check in at 3:00 pm, Henna has told us to wait for 10 minutes because our is not ready yet. After 10 minutes I asked her again and she said to wait again. Then in another 10 minutes, I asked one more time another girl at the reception and she has told us that we have to wait in order to get an upgraded room (like cmon??? We didn’t even knew anything about the upgrade). For the upgraded our room they said that we have to wait additional 30-40 mins and we DID NOT want it. This is our only day in NYC. Once we told her that we weren’t even acknowledged about the upgrade and we don’t want it, finally they let us be in our room. - not enough towels for two girls - when you try to ask a question via the phone no one responds - good breakfast

Overall the hotel is fine, just a few comments for further improvements: 1 - some of receptionists might be more open and friendly. They really seemed to be annoyed every time we asked a question or info. 2 - the room is fine, however heating and fridge are extremely noisy; no way to have a quite night with such items on. We had to turn fridge and heating off over night. 3 - breakfast is too poor, and it’s mainly eggs based. It might be ok for a few days, however on the long distance it would be nice to have more options. 4 - lift waiting sometime takes too long. It’s strange that only two lifts per side are available.

This hotel worked well for our 8 days in NYC. The breakfasts had enough variety that we didn't need to go elsewhere, and having our own kitchenette helped us save money on food. Two subway stations were an easy walk away and when we unexpectedly needed an urgent care and ER, both of those were easy walks. The facility was nicer than we expected from some of the reviews.

We absolutely love this hotel. Has a great 5 days stay with our family. Room was spacious and staff was super fiendly. Breakfast could be better, our was included with our stay but would definitely not pay $18 for that’s how much it was if it wasn’t included. There is so many other places close by to go for breakfast. We will definitely be back if we are ever in this are again

A relatively new / updated hotel near Wall Street, a lots of cafe & dining options of all budgets, grocery stores. Brooklyn Bridge, walkable distance to China Town, Little Italy. Near the subway station and ferry. Only down side is the breakfast. Not the best but OK. Would definitely stay here when in Manhattan

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our room was NYC size hotel room, so "small", but not so small we couldn't enjoy ourselves in it. The walls are very thin, and we did hear our next door neighbors multiple times. Hotel, room, sheets, etc were all clean. Breakfast was not so great. We ate breakfast at the hotel the first morning and both opted to go to a local diner about 5 minute walk away the next three days. The hotel is a short walk to new shops, the river, 9/11 Memorial, and a subway station to get uptown, Brooklyn or the airport.
