Nok et opphold på Martinique New york
Beliggenhet er et pluss. har bodd her flere ganger. Området nær Fifth av er støyete men sentralt. Rom som forventet, men dårlig lydisolert. Bad, samt renhold, bra. Bestilte rom med frokost. Anbefales ikke! Frokost, ikke buffet som tidligere opphold, kun velge fra dårlig meny. Få frokost valg og ingen drikke, bortsett fra kaffe. Avgift på 40$ pr dag obligatorisk, i tillegg til vanlige skatter, gjør det vanskelig å forsvare et opphold på dette hotellet.

Perfekt beliggenhet,gå i alle retninger.
3dagers opphold i New York , perfekt beliggenhet. Flotte rom, servicen i restauranten kunne vært bedre. Prøvde flere kelnere, men det var det samme over hele fjølen.

We LOVED Martnique! Our room was adorable, clean and comfortable. The location is great. And the best part was the staff--they were amazing. The door man, Jose, greeted us on our first day there and set the tone for us to have a fantastic trip. He was so nice and helpful, and he gave us great ideas for what to do in the city while we were there. We'll always stay at Martinique when we're in town.

The room was too way small. For sure was for one person as the bed was twin! Very very noisy hotel! They vacuum the carpet @ 5 pm for 30 min! They woke up me again in early morning on sunday vacuuming carpet again! Overall very bad experience for an very expensive hotel.

It has great location for travel and close to Korean town. The necessary things are well equipped, and I didn't feel any discomfort during my stay. However, there is too much dust in the room, and it charges an additional $40 per day without prior notice. I think guests should be able to know the additional amount when making a reservation.

The place was nice and a great location, but they surprise you with a $47/night extra fee that's "mandatory." This is on top of all the other fees that are charged prior to your arrival. This "surprise" should be included before I commit to staying.

Jenn, it's regrettable to hear there were discrepancies regarding our fees. We aim to be forthright about our pricing policy. On bookings taking place after April 9th, 2024, a 40 daily mandatory destination charge is in place which includes various benefits including a daily 15 food and beverage credit, premium guest internet access, and other amenities. We try our best to be transparent and do notify this to our guests prior to their booking. We trust this explains the charge and will ensure continued improvements in clarification for our guests.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Super easy to get around the city or wherever else you need to be. Staff were exceptional. Only drawback are slow elevators and when one went down, there were long waits to get into one.

It is very well located. The room is tiny but clean. However, We were traveling with a kid that needs medication to be refrigerated and ice packs frozen in order to travel with the medication. The rooms don’t have freezer. We had to rent one but it didn’t have a freezer to freeze the ice packs. We only needed the small ice packs to be frozen for our return flight and the manager and the person at the lobby were anything but helpful. We could not find any solution to freeze the ice packs for a couple of hours. We travel a lot and this is the first time a hotel couldn’t help us. There is usually a fridge with freezer in a hotel and there is always someone willing to help except for this hotel.

Since last time we were there (March 2023) they added a 'fee' of over 45 USD to force us to spend in there establishment. The coffee shop is full most of the time, and the daily 'credit' of 40 USD is not transferable to another day of the stay. Never seen anything like it. Plus my wife sprained her ankle and they were not of any help: no crutches, no wheelchair we had to do it by ourselves while they were looking. I rarely write bad reviews but this hotel deserve one. I am very surprised that the HILTON banner accepts that type of behaviour!

This was a good find, very convenient to everything but also clean and huge lobby with lots of options for everything nearby. I would say front desk staff were not that friendly, however the concierge and the cafe people were very pleasant. They should accommodate earlier check ins if the room is ready. We got there at 3 for a 4 pm check in and the lobby was overcrowded. Bed was comfortable, room was clean but very small. Will probably stay here again if the price is the same. Also they have a $41 USD a night fee untop of the regular rate. They give it back to you in credits for their restaurant so heads up.

Its the second time I've stayed at this property. I returned because of it's safety, cleanliness, and convenience. I love that it's in the heart of Ktown with a large subway station practically underneath of it. I was there for seven nights this time and I really wish that I had a small fridge in my room.

Family of 4, stayed in basic room with 2 double beds. Plenty of room, very comfortable, and a quite spacious, modern bathroom for NYC hotel. Ktown location is lively on weekends, lots of street food options and restaurants, coffee etc just a stroll away. Subway access could not be closer. Great location for walking up to 5th Ave, shopping, sites etc. Hotel lobby clean and welcoming staff made it a great stay!
