All in all good, but be aware of resort fee
Excellent hotel, but charging resort fee when checking out without any I information prior to check in on an already very expensive room feels like draining the last bit of what you can. Ver unnecessary. There "resort" is good but at a cost for the room of USD 1400 a night this should be avoided.

Fint hotel m super beliggenhet
Fint hotel med super beliggenhet,dette fører naturligvis med seg litt nattestøy. Er du litt uheldig som vi var så kan du få et knøtt lite fint rom. Hyggelig personale som hjelper til m det meste. Fantastisk roof bar med super utsikt. Mange fine frokost steder i umidelbar nærhet.

The service at the pool area was terrible. After sitting there for almost an hour we inquired about wanting to order drinks and appetizers. They related, there is no pool service and we had to order at the bar. There were several waiters and bar staff talking amongst themselves. Even walked by us several times. Not even looking in our direction. Next, three of the four elevators were broken two of the four days we stayed. They related it was due to excessive use by patrons. OMG. Lastly, the shower system is terrible to figure out how to get the hot/cold waters to work properly. Several other guests while in the elevator related the same issue. Oh, and the required facility fee of $58 each day is ridiculous.

Hotel does not have it's own parking, so closest place is across the street. Parking sort of easy, close to hotel, but its super expensive . my car was there from Friday around 6pm till Monday 9am. And I paid for it $226. So do your math! Good thing about it it's easy, convenient and no need to worry about it. Drop off and pick up were fast also.

The rooms are to small. Matchbox size. Hardly any room around the bed. Practically right next to the wall. They sacrifice space to have more rooms available in the hotel. Guess this is a modern day New York thing.

Rooms are cute. Very small room looked clean, but that’s questionable due to the fact that I found half bottles of soda and water in the fridge. I attempted to contact hotel (emails and calls)for almost 2 weeks before check-in so that room could be decorated upon arrival (daughters 21st bday) never heard back after being told I needed a credit card authorization form filled out which was not a problem I asked for it to be emailed three times and never received it or response after that.

We had a fabulous time. The experience was awesome. There’s nothing I could say negative about the facility except for the seventh floor, bartender and young lady never came back to ask us if we wanted anything. How was our drinks? How was our food at the end of night tapped out my intentions, was not to leave her a tip she tipped herself a $10 tip that wasn’t cool with me or That wasn’t my intentions to give her a tip, but it’s OK. She felt like she needed that by all means help yourself to anything it’s OK. God bless you young lady that was fabulous. I had a wonderful time. It was beautiful. Looking forward to coming back again.

This property is very nice and clean. It is small though. & they do not have irons if you need to iron your clothes, gotta bring your own. And also, the fire is no where for you to reheat food if you need to. Otherwise, it was okay. A little expensive to not have all of the amenities that cheaper places provide though.

We enjoyed this property for the convenience of walking to all the attractions we wanted to see. Great selection of restaurants and pubs in the hotel and your in the middle of Times Square if you can’t find anything at the hotel. View from the rooftop patio was worth it all!

We were not informed about how to get our room cleaned. the first two days our room was cleaned. Our third day no one ever came. I called housekeeping and they said they'd send someone right up. We left for an hour, came back, still not cleaned. I called the front desk, they said they'd send someone right up. they never came. We stopped a housekeeper in the hall and got fresh towels for the next day. Your staff called and apologized and offered 2 days of comp. We only got 2 days of resort fees comped????
