There was no air conditioning. I called them at. 9 to pm to report it and no one came. Then I called them again around 12 Ans they moved me to another. So at the end I did not sleep at all and I left the hotel around 7 am. They offer a credit I don’t know how. But it was as really bad I got tired to my mettin

On arrival at LGA once I called it took five minutes for the shuttle to arrive the front desk staff was very friendly and the restaurant's atmosphere was very comfortable and food was good

Every week the company i work for brings me to nyc, and the Laguardia plaza has been the go to for ease of being centrally located. We drive down from upstate, more than 6 hrs away, and at the end of a long day, the last thing anyone wants is to be hassled by the front desk concierge name Nick, they made it an issue for parking our truck, and couldn't find the printable pass that was tight in front of them, then proceeded to call security to allow us to park-(which we were in the proper spot, thanks to john for informing me that it was), and that the desk was more concerned about upselling the restaurants-(to which we visit every week anyway, so much so that they know us by site). We will be back next week, i just hope this comes to the attention of their management team. See you soon.

Only had to stay one night when we flew into LaGuardia airport so this hotel was a convenient choice. The food was very good and the staff was very nice. The hotel was getting a little bit of an overhaul and there was an issue with using a credit card in the dining area and bar. They were only accepting cash. But they did have ATMs available.

First room was dirty. Staff told us that their computer said it’s clean, almost like questions us. Second room had been broken into. Broken lock and door. Third room was okay but kids were running up and down the hall midnight.

The room was not very clean. Had a bad smell. There was no room service. I ordered the food and had to go pick it up. The staff were not courteous and were rude when I asked questions. I have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the worst.

Das Hotel La Guardia Plaza hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zwar ist dieses etwas entfernt von Manhattan, aber mit dem Bus und der Subway ist alles gut zu erreichen. Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und sind in einem guten Zustand. Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Spacious rooms . Very close to airport and shuttle services by hotel to nearby subway station make it more convenient to travel around New York.

Our experience at La Guardia Plaza hotel was amazing. Top-notch service throughout our stay, and the location and complimentary shuttle round up a really great experience. Slight drawback was in regards to the pool and fitness center being down, yet maintaining similar prices to competitors, but everything else you can think of is great!

Even though it is located so close to the airport, it was quiet. I was on the back side of the bldg so I don't know if it was more noticable in the front side rooms. Shuttles to/from the airport were frequent and there were hourly shuttles to the train/subway station. Pay the extra $ to get the breakfast buffet. It was worth it to us. We couldn't use the pool or workout area as they are currently remodeling, hence the 4-star for "Property condition". We stayed 4-15 to 4-18-24.
