Slitt hotell, røyklukt og lite vennlig betjening
Hotellet er gammelt og slitt, betjeningen er lite vennlig og lite service innstilt. Hele etasjen vi bodde i stinket hasj og røyk, og hotellet generelt lukter ikke bra. Spaet er permanent stengt siden covid, uten at dette har blitt informert om. Gode senger er vel det eneste positive.

Et helt greit NYC hotel til prisen.
Et bra hotel i NYC. Rommet var helt greit, god plass for 2 stykker, vi hadde Premier room. Effektiv aircondition, viften bråker en god del når den slår inn. Lite utvalg på frokosten som i tillegg er ganske dyr, men alt er nå dyrt i NYC. God rengjøring. Hotellet reklamerer med takterrasse, the press lounge, med fantastik utsikt. Det har terrassen, utsikten er strålende, men terrassen er ikke en del av Ink 48 hotel. Den drives av et eget selskap og du har ingen fordeler som hotellets gjest til bruken av denne. 2 av dagene vi var der var den leid ut til selskaps aktiviteter og vi hadde ikke tilgang. Du må stå i kø som alle andre for å slippe inn. Drinker og mat er meget dyrt, 21 dollar for en GT. Det tar 12 - 15min å gå til nærmeste metro.

The staff was amazing. We did have a few issues but the staff was quick to rectify them and make sure we were satisfied. Definitely will return and use them again

The only bit that was disappointing was the rooftop bar that wasn’t opened (closed for renovation/permanently depending who you asked). It was the main reason I had selected that hotel. But we didn’t dwell on it and found alternative places to eat and chill.

Our room with 2 queen beds was a very decent size for a NYC hotel and the room was light and bright and decorated nicely. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. Area was nice as it was really close to the river and only a 20 min walk to times square. Very busy and loud area though. Unfortunately the rooftop lounge and restaurant was closed for renovations. I wish we new before as we booked it specifically for the rooftop patio to enjoy and lounge there. There is no belconcies on the rooms.

The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel itself was in great shape. I loved my room, it was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to illuminate things a little better; I had a very difficult time reading the numbers in the elevator, and finding my room once I reached my floor because of how dark it is. Beside that, I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel prior to our cruise. We love the location as the cruise port is just down the street. The staff were fantastic and gave us the best recommendations for dining. This is now our hotel of choice for all our cruises starting in New York.

We love Ink 48 for restaurant and rooftop bar. No one told us that both were closed!!! We wouldnot have stayed there, if we had known!!!

Highly impressed by this hotel. They stored our luggage prior to check in, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade once checked in. Stafff was extremely friendly & helpful. Room was large, especially for nyc, and clean.

A great property in an up and coming area of Hells Kitchen! Love the fact that theres so many difernt room types, can really target the best one for you. Rooms are neat clean and bright, i had a junior suite with a fabulous bathtub in the room-My favorite feature. Staff was not overbearing(but there when you needed them) which is so nice when you want a bit of privacy!

Hotel is in a fairly good location if you are fine walking a bit. It is a 16 minutes walk to Times Square, and slightly lesser to subway stations. The hotel lobby was great, we reached the hotel early in the morning and they were able to get us a room by around noon. The room was very clean. The bathroom floor looked a little dirty, but wasn't actually dirty I believe - it was just the style of the floor. When we asked for extra soap, they were quick to provide that. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation and the hotel does not have a pool/hot tub, so we couldn't try many of the amenities. We did not end up trying the gym. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would consider it again if we are in the area.

The hotel itself is nice. Unfortunately the restaurant/bar was not open. The room was a bit run down. Lighting that had torn shades. The windows were drafty and not sound proof and the shades were quite tired too. Couch had a tear in cushion. The shower had a rain shower and a body shower that would leak badly because of a broken dial. Unless they upgraded the facility I will not stay here again

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent bed and bathroom. Heater was very loud and did not maintain temperature. Never got above 70 degrees. But we got an extra blanket and turned off the heater and was satisfied. All other amenities were excellent.

High ceilings, space, clean rooms, friendly staff, good views from any higher floor - and all away from the hustle and bustle but a 5-10 minute walk to heart of Hell’s Kitchen and theater district. Love it!

Staying at this hotel was a bit like being on a pirate ship— rocky, noisy, and a bit dirty. This property is in rough shape the carpets, the furniture, the bathrooms are all in need of major repairs. Then there was a $40 a night amenities charge? The staff was very friendly and the room was large.
