Someone in the cleaning crew stole my iPad from the room and when I went to the reception they received my complaint as if it was something normal that happened in that hotel and I spoke to Lisette, the cleaning department manager, and she said she could not do anything even when I showed with location captures that the tablet was in the room when they went to do the cleaning and then it was gone, but I showed IN THE MOMENT to the front desk that my iPad was turned off at 2:58pm in the hotel. I never thought that this could happen to me in a Hilton hotel, however the attitude of the staff in this case seemed to be a cover-up.
