Helt greit hotell nær Times Square.
Helt greit hotell nær Times Square. Kort vei til ulike tube stopp og Target butikk. Hotellet ligger like ved Intrepid. Fine rom, men mye støy fra aircondition og gata utenfor. Frokosten var inkludert, men den var ikke særlig spennende.

This hotel has maintenance issues
The phone was flashing red lights, and the TV did not work. After a few trips to the front desk, they moved me to a different room.

Had a lovely stay here. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean. Times Square is a 10 minute walk away, so you have a lot of shops around the hotel that are open till late or even 24/7. Great location, great service. Couldn't wish for a better hotel for this price!

Wie waren 10 Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns bis nachmittags satt gehalten. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Times Square und in etwa 15 Minuten am Port Authority. Es gibt ganztägig kostenloses Wasser. Etwas langsam war der Fahrstuhl und die Zimmerkarte musste etwa alle 2 Tage an der Rezeption neu codiert werden, was aber kein Problem war. Das nervigste an dem Hotel war der fehlende Schrank. Zwar gab es Kleiderbügel für Jacken oder Hemden, aber 10 Tage aus dem Koffer leben ist eher nervig. Insgesamt passte das Preis-, Leistungsverhätnis und wir würden uns wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.

First, the is no water in your room. If you go to reception for water, you pay for it. Everyday spent showering, the towels reduces as well as the days goes by 😳😳 The mattresses were not comfortable…like really… you can’t get the most important part wrong…🙆‍♂️

I liked that we could walk to the cruise pier and there were many dinner options to choose from. I also like the continental breakfast. I didn't like how small the room was for the price.

I was a little bit concerned when I booked this due to some of the reviews but I could not have been more pleasantly surprised! The sheets were not static as some guests mentioned and yes the rooms are small but I have stayed in NY many times and these rooms are bigger than the average. Yes it’s a little bit dated but it’s in such a great location and besides who comes to NY and spends all their time in the room. I loved that if you step out of the hotel and make a left you are right on top of the Hudson River with an incredible running path and if you step out and make a right you have access to all the night life and restaurants. The price is really good and the deposit hold was only $100. I would definitely stay again! Only thing is breakfast is not really breakfast, it’s toast, bagels that you can add butter jam or cream cheese to as well as bananas, cereal and small yogurts oh and some very strange egg pancakes, little potatoe nuggets and a waffle machine. Coffee, Juice and it’s self service but perfect for the price!

Rooms are very small, but if you're in NYC on vacation you're probably only going to be sleeping, showering, and changing clothes. They were adequate for that. Breakfast was decent, but get to the lobby early. Not nearly enough seating or tables to accommodate all. Sharing tables with strangers is most likely going to be a necessity. We didn't realize the location was not convenient to a subway station and the nearest bus stop was about an 8 minute walk. Overall decent and clean. Price was right.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt für uns als Erstbesucher. Zum Times Square ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und ansonsten sehr viele Busstationen in der Nähe, mit denen man gut voran kommt. Das Hotel ist nur einen Katzensprung vom Hudson und vom Intrepid Museum entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Target und viele Delis). Der Ausblick aus dem 9. Stock war auch faszinierend. Das Frühstück war sehr schlicht gehalten (typisch amerikanisch würde ich mal sagen) aber man konnte auf alle Fälle satt werden und es hat für einen Start in den Tag gereicht. Wir würden das Hotel auf alle Fälle nochmal buchen, weil wir total zufrieden damit waren.

Our stag was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast. Served in cardboard cutlery and we missed a variation of bread spreads, dairy and fruits&vegetables.

The property needs to improve their breakfast, we had our breakfast on the first day only, its horrible! For the rest of our stay we got our breakfast outside the hotel.

Really nice staff and a great price considering its location and proximity to times square and the metro. The room was perfect always, a comfy bed and a really peaceful environment. The bathroom was clean and nothing smelt weird anywhere in the hotel.

Too much deposit..Room is charged, deposit is charged, same as room charge and then a security deposit. It's overkill! One deposit OR one security deposit. Not both!! Even credit card company contacted me to say I had been double charged. Not necessary. Very frustrating.

This property was so clean and in walking distance to Times Square. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The rooms are small, but clean and perfect for what we needed! Will definitely be staying here again!

Staff was great! The place is clean and safe. The heating/cooling unit is a little noisy; fortunately I sleep through most everything. While watching the television, though, I would have to increase the volume everytime the heater turned on. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so it wasn't a major issue.
