Hello Angel, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! I truly apologize that your experience staying with us in Times Square wasn't the same quality as in Amsterdam. I will share this with our team so we be sure to look at ways to improve. Currently our opt-in housekeeping program has automatic service on the third night of stay and you can request it daily on the iPad in your room the day before if you would like it before then. I will be sure that our team is discussing this with our guests at check-in. This should also be shown on the iPad in your guest room when you check-in as well.
