The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. «This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
