"Fantastic hotel. Nice and spacy rooms. It has 3 excellent restaurants: Buffet, chinese(fusion) and Italian. The food was just delicious. Very good service. I would like to thank Dikte whose smile was priceless. At the Chai café, Mercy and (I'm ashamed to say I forgot her name) were so helpful and always in a good mood. The only downside is the service at the pool. It was quite poor. We had a facial. The best we have ever had. Her name was Ria. She is simply an expert. All in all, we had a wonderful experience!!!!"

"High overall standard which make the hotel to one of the best in Delhi. Quite similar to Taj Palace though probably a bit more "business soberly". The personnel is, except for a few exceptions, quite neutral and reserved. The hotel is heavily used for wedding celebrations, though this does not bother at all. The restaurants provide fantastic food though on the costlier side. Two different options for breakfast: buffet restaurant and a-la-carte. I would definitely recommend the latter! Though there is no option to eat outside on the terrace (which Taj Palace provides.) Pool and garden area is great and spacious. The only weird feature is that one needs to cross the entire lobby area when coming from the pool. "

"Minibar locked (?). One bathrobe was missing and they never brought us another one although we asked for it. Ordering a pain au chocolate and a coffee from the cafe took forever, and came with unnecessary amounts of bags of sugar and wrapping. No available tables in the restaurant. But food market buffet tasted good, with an amazing selection. Pool area great, but lots of bats flying into the water at sunset. Gym excellent. Rooms spacious, with nice decor and comfortable beds."

"Check-in took more than 15-20 minutes. Personnel at the front desk were much efficient and professional earlier. I was charged for transport/airport pick up, which was already paid, and despite my repeated explanations and confirmation in written at the front desk. Being a frequent traveller, I would expect more professionalism at hotels such as Novotel for the price we pay."
