Perfekt for kort opphold
Mottakelsen i resepsjonen og servicen var ypperlig. Fantastiske mennesker. Dessverre er det lite engelskkunnskap på de som jobber i restauranten og det tar lang tid å få maten. Ellers hadde vi et nydelig opphold og kan anbefales for kortere opphold.

Vi booket dette gjennom appen, hadde gledet oss veldig, men når vi ankom fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var fullbooket. Vi hadde ikke annet valg enn å sette oss ned finne et nytt hotel. Hotellet hadde sendt mail til hotel, men vi fikk aldri høre noe før vi ankom. Skuffende, men hotellet var behjelpelig med ringe og skaffe skyss videre

Great and relaxing hotel in Negombo.
Supert nice hotel. Very quite there compared to noisy Sri lanka. Loved the view of the water. Big rooms and super staff. Close to the apartment. Great place to relax.

Fint hotell med veldig fint uteområdet. Frokost buffeten var helt ok. Såg ut som de serverte middagsbuffet fra dagen før. Treningsrommet var ikke noe å skryte av, vet ikke om det kan kalles treningsrom egentlig. Eller et fint opphold, men veldig hyggelige og flinke ansatte.

Avslappende opphold
Ankom hotellet sent på kvelden men ble tatt i mot med generøs gjestfrihet. Restauranten skulle stenge men hjelpsom stab arrangerte at jeg fikk bestilt fra restaurantmenyen og servert en bra middag på rommet. Dagen etter hadde jeg sen avgang men fikk hjelp med å beholde rommet nær opp til avgangstiden. Eneste ulempe med hotellet denne perioden er at det pågår byggearbeider på nabotomten.

Fint anlegg og kort vei til flyplassen
Jeg var der bare én natt, for å ta et tidlig fly fra Colombo. Hotellet ligger svært vakkert til og har et flott anlegg med basseng og hage. Imidlertid er det få tilbud i gangavstand. Internettet var ok, mens gymmen var svært dårlig, med bare 3-4 apparater. Rommet mitt var i 3. etg i et bygg uten heis, og rommet hadde ikke vinduer, bare trelemmer. A/C var svak, mens dusjen var svært god. Betjeningen var hyggelige. Hotellets airport transfer koster 1500 rupees, ca 85 kr, som er mye dyrere enn en lokal taxi ville koste. Stedet passer bra for noen dagers avslapping ved bassenget, evt for de som har tidlig fly og ønsker kort vei til flyplassen.

シーギリアの眺望が望めるプール、美しい庭、バードウォッチング、対応の良いスタッフなどのアクティビティなど、どれをとっても最高のホテルでした。 唯一の欠点は、夜ご飯が中華以外は、7時半開始だったので、子供連れには遅かったなということくらいでしょうか。 いずれにしろ、私が宿泊したホテルの中でも最高峰のホテルでした。

We booked a taxi to the airport for the morning of our flight and when we checked out there was no ride available. Along with 2 other groups that Morning. We ended up having to order an Uber to get to our flight. Front desk was over whelmed with more than one checkout at a time. Almost missed our flight.

Very average
Arrived and the first room was so full of condensation that the bed was wet and the water was rolling down the wall. They moved us to N upgraded room which was not clean, floor was sticky and bathroom has a horrible smell. We were in transit so the stay was literally 8 hours. We ordered food from the restaurant to have on the balcony and it was over priced and pretty average after a big upsell on how good it would be. Staff were super friendly

Clean, friendly and great location

Bad war ungeputzt. So dass wir Haare und Restseife noch von Vorgänger da hatten. Im Zimmer und im Bad stank es. Alles war schmuddelig. Im Treppenhaus standen Reste essen seit über 16 Stunden. Nachts haben sich Mäuse dort bedient. Nie wider Transport zum Flughafen kam 15 min zu spät. Zoo im Meer welche wir gebucht haben haben wir auch nicht bekommen!

Do not bother staying here. There are so many accommodation options. Pricing is in line with other 4 and 5 star properties, however the pictures are misleading and property is in poor condition. Service is average. - We arrived late at night and they couldnt find our reservation - We were checked into a room in a lower category that what we'd booked. After seeing the room and challenging it they went to change it - The room was very worn out and run down. Dirty floors, damaged furniture. The bathroom was a disgrace. I've never seen anything like it. The toilet seat was heavily soiled with all sorts of stains and a terrible smell. - Bed linen soiled - Communal areas were dirty, food on the floor in the outdoor and indoor dining areas. Looked liked they'd been there for ages. Given the obvious lack of cleanliness and hygiene we were afraid to eat the breakfast as we doubted the kitchen hygiene - After a late flight we got into our room around 4am. We didnt sleep or use the facilities because of the poor conditions, and left the hotel before 9am.

Good place
Nice setting and well designed facility. Room generously proportioned but was a bit dark at night as lighting not really adequate. Air conditioner was noisy and it sounded like there was a tropical rain storm happening I had to turn it off to get some sleep. Buffet breakfast was good.

Amazing views, outstanding food and staff that go above and beyond, genuinely beautiful all round. Our room was amazing with a stunning Lagoon view, cleaned daily with bottled water also replenished daily. Everything was clean and service was amazing. Food was outstanding, the chefs amazing, my partner was particularly partial to the Seafood platter, the buffet was incredible with a wide variety of options available, Cakes were beautiful. All staff we very friendly, couldn't help enough and were a key part in making our holiday as memorable as it was, we are truly greatful to all of the staff particularly Subash for being so welcoming and helpful, Supunika for remembering our awkward lunch requests and still smiling : ) Sumeda for helping make our meals so outstanding and delicious and last but by no means least Malinda for his excellent, friendly and attentive service. There are many others whos names we didn't manage to take but you know who you are and thank from the bottom of our hearts, all of the staff are amazing. To make it that little bit better the hotel is also only a short drive to the airport so transfers were quick and easy. Var något som levde om på natten så var svårt att sova, var som ett gnagarljud. Frukosten saknade kaffemaskin och mer hälsosamma inslag. Närhet till flyget därför vi valde hotellet.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut gelegen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Lagune. Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Wenn im Badezimmer auch noch ein Duschschlauch vorhanden wäre und nicht nur die Deckenbrause, wäre es auch für die Frauen praktischer zum Duschen.

Semesterhotell eller träningsläger?
Hotellet anlitades för stora team-building konferenser vilket bla innebar att man väcktes av 100 personer som stod och vrålade på gräsmattan, tog selfies vid poolen och i princip invaderade hotellanläggningen. Kombinationen med semesteranläggning fungerar inte.
Avslutningen på teambuilding konferensen, 100 personer uppdelade i grupper utspridda över hela anläggningen.

Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel with big modern room, nice pool and veranda just at the seaside. Thehotel felt very luxurous and was perfect situated 15 minutes from Colombo Airport.
