Hopefully, you used the complimentary drying service that we sent through Vanessa for all your garments and towels during your 3-night stay and the cleaner that we hired and sent over to tidy up the place during your stay for the Drier inconvenience, please accept once again our deepest and sincere apologies for the drier... it is now fixed, and we assure you that we always try our very best to maintain regularly our appliances every few months in between the rentals just to avoid this kind of unfortunate event. As for the 1 Paper Towel available during your 3-night stay - Please note that both our vacation rentals in Palm Cay come with a Complimentary -1 Paper Towel Roll Included available in the kitchen at your arrival - we leave it in the unit complimentary as when guests arrive if they spill something or if they need it until they go to have their grocery store run to be there - however the paper roll is never replenished for the duration of the stay , no matter if it's 3 nights like your stay , 1 week or more, and the information with what the unit comes with, we made sure to share in our communications, in "What is Included in Garden Town" the Attached File sent along with other files with information, in both, the Welcome Letter that we had sent your way right after we received your booking, and in the Before Arrival Letter with another bunch of informational attachment files sent your way 1 month prior the arrival date, so sorry about that, we are not really sure where the expectation of more than 1 Paper Towel Rolls comes in the picture in this case ..moving forward we had learned from this an important lesson, and from now on we will work on highlighting the importance of the attachment files sent along with our Communication Letters and to kindly ask our upcoming guests to open and read it as it does sets the tone for expectations before arrival, thank you for this Rachel and for sharing your experience, and we hope to see you again soon!

This a first and we want this to be the last, we never had this issue before and we are committed to work on it to improve if needed the After Hours Welcome letter Self Check In so there is no confusion or nothing left out or outdated information. As for Pantry Items , Detergent and Water ... we are so sorry for the misunderstanding, all the details are in the description and Amenities Tab, and the Whats Included File that was sent , we do not provide Pantry items, salt pepper etc..as for detergent we provide a Sample Size Detergent at arrival and Filtered water at the Fridge at arrival, thanks to your review, we will work on highlighting these and also what is included, perhaps we need to send the What is Included File in All our Letters so our upcoming guests can view it or review it before arrival so we avoid any unwanted expectations and for you as our treasured guests to be clear on what is included and expect and what is not included, so you can get it or bring it with you, very sorry about the that , will be working on this shortly so this never happens again, any information that you can provide in your reply to our reaching out letter to help us understand better the issues that you had encountered with the above, is much appreciate it and it will help us tremendously to improve our service and commitments to our guests.

Dear Chris, we are verry sorry that you feel this way, please read the description next time before deciding to book any other vacation rental , our description it is stating very clear that the gated community it is family oriented and It is "Quiet" and peaceful environment , meaning it is not a party hardy kind of place, however it is Not a retirement place either LOL as you had described it, it is a classy and clean and neat relaxing place for families with children or just couples , friends, get together, it is not a party hub with excessive noise Hussle and bustle from morning to morning, perhaps Cable beach area will be more ideal for you next time when visiting Nassau...however there are evening events in Palm Cay gated community on the beach and only short 10 -15 min drive to "non stop party" places from dusk till dawn, here in Palm Cay there is music on the beach from morning to late evening, shows at night, dancing, singing, jazz, all kinds of entertainment mostly in the evening, this is a Gated Community Not a Party Resort , with families and people that rent vacation rentals to sleep in, relax, hear the birds chirping, take walks, stroll, enjoy the view, or they live in it full time and go to work in the morning so people need after 10 PM to lower the level of noise that's all and if you do want to continue to party after 10 PM you are more then welcome to drive 10 min to the party places where there is no quiet its just drinking and super loud music, completely different environment , different strokes for different folks... some people have small children here, some go to work the next day, I am sure you understand that.....as for the beach you had mentioned it as being "very small", please note that the actual beach size it is 1500 feet of white clean soft powdery sand , and over 1200 feet of powder-soft, tranquil beaches with pristine waters plus....the beaches in Palm Cay are the finest cleanest beaches in Nassau that you will find today, rated 5 stars as ONE OF THE LARGEST MARINAS IN THE BAHAMAS and widely regarded as the best marina in The Bahamas. For the 5th consecutive year in 2019 Palm Cay Marina has been voted #1 in The Bahamas by boaters whose submitted reviews to ActiveCaptain.com in 2018/19, the world’s most important Point of Interest guide for those who travel by sea. Most reviewers complimented the Palm Cay Marina on its friendly and personal service, and commended Palm Cay for the restaurant, beaches, and world class amenities.
