Rooms were very spacious and the beds were extremely soft and comfortable. They had a bar and restaurant in the hotel, and a bar out by the pool. Will definitely highly recommend to anyone.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Location is great if you’re looking for just a place to stay. There isn’t much nearby other than the airport!

there was a fire alarm that went off and we were ordered to evacuate, when we got to the front desk and asked about the evacuation we were told that it isn't a fire even after checkout am demanding a refund

To clean property, spacious rooms, by staff and good looking bar. Only $10-$15 to Uber downtown. Has an airport shuttle for free. Couple fast food places and a gas station walking distance. Homeless in the area but they don't bother anyone.

We love Hotel Preston because it is close enough to get an affordable Uber to downtown but far enough from downtown that it’s not too pricey. It’s our favorite hotel to stay at when we go to Nashville and we have stayed many times. I highly recommend the hotel based on the rooms and the staff, really good bang for your buck!

Stayed here before about 5 years ago. It is definitely in need of some updating. Hallways smelled musty and the rooms need a renovation.

The hotel staff were very nice.. bartender was great food was good and the entertainment at the bar was very good… room was horrible… door had to to be lifted to even begin to close .. toilet would not flush… room was very run down and not maintained… was worst hotel I have stayed in for many years

I was really hoping to like this hotel and thought it would be good as I knew they were under renovations so I was expecting a new room like in the pictures. Definitely not the case, It was like the landlord special happened aka they just painted & slapped some wall paper & new carpet down with furniture that doesn’t age well. The bathroom was by far the roughest part, the tubs enamel was coming off and there was no water pressure but the icing on top was the drop ceiling that was ONLY in the bathroom plus on top of that none of said drop ceiling tiles matched. The hallways reminded me of something from the shining. The outside looked rough too which I was expecting since they are renovating. The bar/lounge and entrance look nice though! and the staff was kind.

Nice place… they have construction going on and in upper floor. My room had a hole at the bottom you could almost put your hand under…. Looks like it was patched… The checkin attendant said that the construction was taking care of all that kind of stuff.

Very convenient to be near the airport and tucked away so if you are a more private person this is perfect! Staff were friendly and have excellent suggestions for local food fare.

The location was convenient. The walls are paper thin, so we were able to hear everything in the halls, as well as the rooms near, above, and below us. Were also able to hear the traffic from outside. Bed was comfortable, and the staff was excellent.

I recently stayed at the Preston Nashville Tennessee hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, one major downside was the parking situation. The parking lot fills up quickly, forcing guests to either return early or rely on alternative transportation like Uber to avoid losing their spot. This inconvenience detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Check in took 45 minutes. She spent 45 minutes taking care of two people from midnight until 12:45 a.m. while a bunch of people waited. There were probably 20 people waiting. Eight people in our group with four small children. Worst check in experience ever!!! Beds were nice though.

I know this property is under renovation so I hope they replace room lamps with usb & electric plugs for more convenience!!! Very few plugs in the room & the toilet seat was broken. Desk clerk told us the shower had shampoo & soap dispensers...NO!!! 3 people sharind 1 soap & 1 shampoo!!
