This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone exploring downtown Nashville. Everything is within walking distance, which is super convenient. The staff are really friendly and always ready to help, and the hotel bar and restaurant are great spots to unwind. While the room was a bit on the small side but clean and cozy. Since we didn't spend much time in the room anyway, the size didn't bother us. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom counter had plenty of space for my wife to get ready without any issues.

Loved the location!!! Just a quick walk from Broadway. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again!

It is a beautiful place with an amazing vibe and nicely located; however it’s being staffed and run (at front desk by 20 yr olds). They give you luggage tags but then offer you other peoples bags or can not find yours this happened to us and two families we traveled with. Also one late night we ordered pizza and they just left it at front desk with no one attempting to call us or bring it up to our room. I expected this heightened hotel to have more of a white glove service. Food next door and staff were amazing and all bar staff at bar was great!

I called the front desk for extra face cloths. They never delivered. They charge my credit card for a room smoking fee, I don’t smoke nor did my guests smoke. So the charges were unwarranted.

We were not able to stay at this property they moved us to a different hotel much less quality than we expected. Would not rate them very high because of the fact that they could not accommodate us after we had made our reservations nearly 7 months ago.

Room had just been cleaned tho we arrived late 5:30. Room was dark and depressing as was hotel. Parking was stupidly overpriced to drive my car 20 ft from where I was standing. Highway robbery. Check in woman seemed distracted and not invested in her job. Don’t think I’ll be back.

We chose this hotel because of how close to Broadway it was. We certainly chose right!!! Upon arriving, the valet were sooo friendly and helpful, and the check in staff was the same. We shared my fiancée and I are here to celebrate our engagement, and when we returned after a day out and about our room had some dessert, a handwritten note and a bottle of champagne waiting for us to congratulate us! It was so heartfelt and sweet- anice and beyond!!!! The rooms are so clean and eclectic, as well as the remainder of what we’ve seen of the hotel so far. We still have yet to checkout the pool and gym, but based on everything else I’m sure it will be amazing! Thank you Holston House!!!!

Location location! This hotel was close to everything especially if you’re going to the Bridgestone arena for a concert. The room was cozy great beds pillows and more importantly it was very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Was very close to Broadway and within decent walking distance for Broadway night life. Roof top pool and bar are a great time for a large group of people. King rooms are smaller but decent room for just sleeping.

We received a call two hours before we were arriving to tell us they were canceling our reservation due to repairs. They arranged for another hotel that was far below standard. Bad experience.

This hotel is in a great location , right around the corner from Broadway and walkable to Nissan Stadium. Good snack selection in the lobby. The front desk staff was very nice, allowing for a later checkout for $50 since we had a late flight. I also liked the fact that you need your room key in the elevator to access your room and well as get into the hotel at night. The rooms are average but have everything you need ( very nice shower heads). What was very concerning to me was that a staff member tried to open our door without knocking while the Do Not Disturb sign was out front. It was not the cleaning crew but a male staff member. Our security lock was on so he walked away. When I confronted him he said he wanted to see if anyone was still there . Completely inappropriate and I wonder if this is standard practice at this hotel.

The place was a lot smaller than pictured but very clean and updated nicely! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was right close to Broadway, a 2 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel

So they were late checking us in due to cleanliness. Told us they couldnt do anything about it. When we finally checked in they made us call for ice instead of having a machine and when we called 20 times nobody answered and i had to go to there bar to ask the bartender for ice. Im guessing cause they were telling every check in they cant check them in they neglected the phone calls from there customers, toilet was running all night and the bathroom light didnt work to see to use the bathroom or to shower. We had to constantly wait on the valet service to get into our car. They missplaced our luggage when they held it for us cause they couldnt check us in.

First room was filthy so they moved us to a new room which was not much better and was right outside the elevator so it was incredibly noisy all night. They overcharged for drinks that we paid cash for but they charged to the room. I have pictures of the dirty sheets.

The property is nice and clean. My friend's room and others AC didn’t work. They double charged me for my room and I had to call Expedia to get a refund. Management doesn’t seem to know what they are going. I wouldn’t stay here again.

room was very nice, shower was awesome. it did seem like the staff was new (in training) but they were very friendly.

The staff and location were great. The hotel room was wonky though. There was a loud sound that I think was in the pipes. Each night it sounded like someone was coming through the door. I thought I was losing it until someone in the elevator made the same comment. There was a weird rack in the shower that wasn’t good for holding a towel or shower stuff and I spent the weekend trying to determine its role. Lastly, there was a rolling table that was a “desk” and I get it, it’s a small space and you’re trying to accommodate everyone’s needs but it was another unnecessary thing that really was just in the way.
