Love the location. Everyone was very nice. Didnt pay for breakfast but plenty of places to eat nearby. The pool was great and the hotel during our stay was very quiet. Will stay again.

We had a terrible stay. Our room wasn’t ready, the AC wouldn’t work. We had no idea that our price that we paid did not cover a $50 per night for parking your car, no coffee straws how are we supposed to stir our one cup of coffee with cream and sugar? No ice tongs so used our hands, no cold water was supplied and the conditioner for your hair was completely emptied as i was in the shower already. Could not get a hold of housekeeping. No place to take your dog out as I was promised before booking just a bunch of dirt.

Our stay was good. The room was a nice size room. I was disappointed with the valet. Because when I called the hotel they told me I could used the $50 hold against the valet parking. When we arrived on Wednesday, the valet attendant told us we could pay at the end of our stay, but then someone else told us that we could not get our vehicle till we paid everything in full. Valet was very confused and it should not be that difficult to use valet.

Did not like that it was valet only it made it very inconvenient for me to come and go as I pleased especially during peak hours and the valet had limited staff which caused me to have to wait to get my car. Also very pricey

The valet was very prompt and courteous what I did not like was not having my room cleaned or not having clean towels, not having the convenience of a safe in my room and the rudeness of the Desk clerk after I had called at 1 o’clock that afternoon for clean towels and then at midnight had to go down and retrieve them myself was not fun and then in the morning when we went down at 6:30, hoping to get coffee we were told no sorry no coffee but you can go through the garage to the building next-door and get coffee from them if you would like

Will probably not stay there again. Parking situation was a pain. Don’t mind paying for Valet Parking but they need more than one valet for this service. Just left the car there mostly and Ubered where we needed to go since parking in downtown Nashville is at a premium and very$$$$.

The property was overall a nice hotel in a city setting. It was overall close to everything without being too loud. The property is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a little small for a family setting but overall it was nice. We would stay again.
