Nydelig rom, med veldig bra renhold. Fin utsikt. Det meste av restauranter/kaféer og butikker i nærheten. Ikke langt unna Napoli flyplass. Upåklagelig service. Super frokost! Det eneste som trakk ned, var at det var maur på rommet.

The room was small but had everything a larger room would have. There was also a balcony with double doors, fridge with the usual, marble bathroom and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant and none close around other than pizza and pastry shops.

This hotel was beautiful, but located in a part of Naples that seemed a bit sketchy. The room was beautiful and well appointed cool boutique style hotel with a cool vibe.

While the hotel in itself was very nice and clean, the area in which the hotel is located is horrible. Not ideal for tourist. Everything is far. Unsafe to walk around the area. The streets are very dirty and no one speaks English. This is a place for locals and not tourists. Also, I mentioned to the staff several times that our phone in the room and the safe were not working and although they said they would send someone to fix it, no one came. If you are a tourist, pay the extra price to be near the port. You will spend a lot for taxi and transportation

Staff were excellent. They allowed us to drop off our luggage in the morning. They arranged a cab for early the next morning and it was waiting for us. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Area may not be the best but close to the airport. Good restaurants close by.

My 4 nights stay at Hotel Palazzo Argenta
Hotel is generally clean but location is not terrible for guest that have engagement in city center. Hotel definitely not good for guest that does not speak or understand Italian. Reception service very poor for non speaking Italians

My stay was for 5 nights. The room was very clean and quiet and the oversized plush towels and high thread count cotton sheets a nice touch. The bed is a little hard but the pillows were perfect. The hotel staff was really nice. Sadly the neighborhood is in a rougher part of the city and has limited options nearby for food and transit, especially on a Sunday when nothing is open. The room has a pay bar mini-fridge but in this area with such limited resources nearby a fridge for the sole use of hotel guest would be much better. The downside is that the hotel is undergoing major renovations, so from 8AM - 5 PM everyday you hear loud construction noise, which made it difficult to sleep in or take important calls. The breakfast has a ton of selection, however it is left out for hours without items being cycled out or even replenished. If you don't get their by within the first hour things like the yogurt, is warm and the eggs, salmon, sliced meats and are no longer at a temperature safe for consumption. The first day after eating some of the salmon, that was supposed to be served cold but was left out too long, I got really sick. I also noticed that some items were not changed daily, like the moldy fruit that was put out 2 days in a row.

Stopover before early flight. Unable to have the breakfast. Great pizza up the street. Clean and comfortable bed with on time taxi pick up. No complaints.

The receptionist was helpful and courtesy. However when we mentioned that one of the rooms did not have a blanket he reassured us that there will be one brought up. Later in the evening he confirmed the blanket will be coming however he was never provided. The breakfast that was included with our room was very good and there was a lot of options to chose from. The receptionist also assisted with arranging a taxi to take us to the airport which was a nice bonus. The rate was also very reasonable.

There was loud construction all day from 7am until 5pm non stop. It was so loud it sounded like it was all around us. The Hotel never warned us about the construction or had any signage about the construction. We reached out and sent a few messages to the hotel but no one got back to us. We were only staying over one night as we were flying out of Naples the next day. If you want to disturbed with construction at all hours of the day, then this hotel is for you. We couldn't even get any sleep.

It is a new hotel very clean the reception person gave a very useful information. However the hotel is located faraway from the center of the city. So you will need to used the public transportation.

Overall great experience. The hotel was very clean and the receptionists were friendly. The only issue was there was no airport transfer as stated on hotels.com

Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The property is better than average, the location is a little sketchy. Also plan that will cost you €20 to take a taxi from the airport.

The property was absolutely outstanding, checking in was very easy and front desk stuff friendly and helpful. I booked a taxi for next morning from reception and was on time easy transfer to the airport. The neighbourhood had plenty of local restaurants and places to eat like locals. The only downside was the noise but I guess this is Napoli.

Great modern little hotel in an area that isn’t as safe. About 12 min drive from the airport. Convenient location but heard the area isn’t as safe. Staff were great and waited for us to check in around 11:30pm. If checking in late make sure to call ahead of time and set it up. Overall great experience!
