The hotel is directly across from the airport (within walking distance), but they have a shuttle which showed up almost immediately after we walked outside. Our room was very nice (though small) and the staff was wonderful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious! We only stayed one night and caught the ferry in the morning. The complimentary ferry shuttle bus picked us up right outside the hotel. It was unbelievably easy and convenient.

I was actually surprised how nice the property is. I had only booked for 1 night because it was close to the airport and I had an early morning flight. The staff are great. The room is a little small and we had to carry luggage down the stairs from the 2nd floor. But, I am sure the hotel would have assisted if we requested. We were just in a hurry in the early morning.

Great place to stay, easy free pickup from airport. Very friendly checking in and rooms very fresh and clean. Good dining and friendly bar staff. Dining great with gluten free no problem. Will stay next time in Nadi at the Gateway ✅✅✅

Nearness to airport; had a great room (205); beautiful surrounding and a relaxing family-like atmosphere. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. Early check-in was a great bonus! Will stay there again in future.

It was a great pleasure staying at Fiji gateway hotel, a very warm welcome from the amazing front house staffs when I arrived. Affordable and lovely meals and drinks, room was nice and clean and comfy thanks the housekeeping team for their amazing service.. A big thanks to all the staffs for the lovely hospitality with a smile, care, and positive attitude all the time

Nice hotel right across from the Nadi airport. Hotel was very well taken care of, staff was very nice and helpful, and they provided a shuttle arrive to the airport for easy access. Restaurant had excellent food and a diverse menu.

We had no problem with the hotel itself, it was the dining experience. Very disappointed with service food was terrible spoke with server. Chef apparently agreed there was an issue and never had entree removed from check and I ended up paying for a meal I couldn’t eat because of taste. Not acceptable or proper service!!!

Great place to stay for easy access to airport. Room was neat, clean and quiet. Grounds were extremely well kept. Free shuttle bus to airport or walk if preferable. Only one very minor issue that I would call negative was the room was not lighted well enough during the evening once curtains closed.
