Zero towels in the room, must go to front desk and ask for towels to shower…. A/c unit did not keep room cool when it was 85 outside, hallways and elevator dirty and hot, back elevator out so must walk a long way to front when room is in the back, bed not comfortable it was hard, the great thing is staff was very nice

Room was ok just very dated. Bed wasn't too terrible. Everything worked as it should. It was bike week and my room backed up to the parking lot with a few loud bikes, but by 10 pm things got quiet even inside the hotel and my room was next to the elevator. There is no coffee maker in the room nor do they offer a continental breakfast. However they have complimentary coffee downstairs and a Waffle House right next door. Very close to the airport but you did not hear any plane activity. Gas station maybe 1/4 mile.

Anyone who's not a guest at the property can enter the building without the front desk notice because the guest at the property always have the side door open. I did not feel safe because of that. Other wise everything was good, the staffs were professional and helpful.

The shower/tub fixtures harbored rust and mildew in the crevices but I don’t believe that is any reflection of the cleaning staff. I feel like that’s a check that maintenance/plumbing should do monthly as an inspection and treatment.

The room had trash in the corners and tucked under the couch and the bed sheets had blood stains on them. And the fridge did not work not sure if it was broken or unplugged. Wasn’t too bad I just think they need to take better care of the rooms.

Was pleasantly surprised with our stay. Rooms were clean and bedding/towels were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Area around hotel was safe and had plenty of potty areas for our dog. Basic coffee only...not like the Expedia photo. Powered creamer only...no Coffee Mate creamer selection like was depicted. Would definitely stay there again.

We have a few that we sell at a reduced rate for guests that would prefer not to have to pay for an amenity that they are not going to use. Simply reserve any room type except the standard room to ensure you get the MicroFridge.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Unfortunately there was a woman down the hall that came in at 0400 and yelled all night. I have stayed here before and will again.

The first night we arrived super late but it was not bad. However the next day after eating settling down and watching tv my fiancé saw movement on his night stand so we cut the light on and three or four roaches began to scatter. Crazy thing is I had wiped everything down as I always do when going to a hotel/motel/inn. Nothing against cleaning staff that’s just my understanding of how germs linger. Needless to say he killed maybe two but the others got away. Other than that and a near by business that I would rather not be near. Everything else was pleasant.

I can't say enough about Red Roof Inn... this is the ABSOLUTE best motel that I've stayed in...I give them 10 ⭐ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!! I highly recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay that is also PET FRIENDLY, your pet stays free and is treated just like family, it's quite, safe, quick walk to the beach and places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. I'll be staying at any Red Roof Inn from now on. The management and staff were super friendly and always there to help. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I look forward to seeing you again!!

Great value
Had a great experience from checking in until check out. Front desk lady was pleasant. Room was roomy and had all the necessities we needed. Only recommendation would be some sort of breakfast.
