I had a very bad experience. The primary objective of booking the hotel was there was an indoor pool. The hotel is located far away from anything, so with kids we booked it because of the indoor pool. However, the indoor pool was closed on Monday and on Tuesday we were told kids were not allowed according to the hotel policy. This is not stated anywhere in the pre and actual booking info from Hotel.se. So besides being a dissapointment, I had to take taxis to and from the hotel, as we had to do something else. I expect a full refund as this is completely false and wrong marketing. I have spoken you yesterday and a case should be opened. I expect a full refund,
